Apple just needs to come out with better annotation options, we should be able to draw on the page, and choose different colours without having to leave the app to annotate
It’s not Apple, it’s Amazon. Kobo app already has integrated markup in their app.
It’s not Apple- it’s the kindle app. The ko bo app already has markup built in. Kindle needs to add the feature.
@@macimassacreit is the apple book app, she was right apple should do a new update so we can write in the pages
Another way i found is take the ebook as pdf and open in goodnotes and then u can draw and annotate. Kindle app behavior s same among apple and android
@@aryapb3072 But then you’d have to convert all of your books to pdf & load them all into good notes. Oh, and pay for good notes so you can store all of those books. It would just be easier for most kindle users if Amazon added the markup feature directly into the app like the ko bo app has already done. And yes, kindle app behavior is the same across both operating systems- that’s why I said Amazon needs to add the markup feature directly into the app.

got a very expensive ipad and the fact that i cant freely annotate a book in any app unless its downloaded into files as a pdf is crazy. like let me mark the book please
i've been doing this for a long time and was really and was a bit discourage to share it on my instagram bc most people are doing it in physical books which i'm trying not buy because of space and money lol now i'm glad to know that a person i follow actually doing exactly the same as i do

thank god i'm not the only person that don't read physical books, i prefer to read them on my ipad and then only buy my five star physical copies so they look nice on my shelf 😩💌

I read mostly physical books and they're sacred to me so it breaks my heart even thinking about writing on them. I might try annotating ebooks, it seems safer haha thanks Sunny ❤️

Also super cute tips and tricks! I really wish we could do this within the actual Books app instead of having to save them as photos ☹ Do you use the photos for anything afterwards?

I'll do this to annotate an edition of frankestein and then gift it to my bestie for her birthday (it's her favorite book and I think she would love having an edition of it with my thoughts and opinions) this video was very helpful sunny😊 thank youuu

You can also do the same thing if you use the kindle app…just screenshot the page and the same editing options show up 🥰🥰🥰 love this idea thanks so much for sharing!!
