    Brilliant guys!
    I’m planning my trip to Peru, which will happen May 27 - June 12 and your videos are helping me so much! Thank you very much!
    By the way, can you share which tour is this? Where did you reserve it?!
    If you ever come to Brazil, it would be awesome to give you guys some tips!
    Warm regards,
    Gustavo

    Great video, nicely done, I especially enjoyed the music that fit the area well, (thxs for listing the songs too). Being high in the mtns can be a spiritual experience indeed.

    Hi! Amazing video! When did you travel to Titicaca? I was planning on crossing Bolivia to Peru in a few weeks but the US has Puno and Titicaca at a “do not travel” zone due to civil unrest.

    • @KittiandJon
      @KittiandJon  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you 🙏 we were there last year before all the political unrest happened earlier this year. So we can't comment on the current situation there I'm afraid. We have just seen that youtubers Kara and Nate were just there recently though but something might have happened since they were there. Hope you can make the crossing into Bolivia! 🤞

    Hey guys, love your channel! Came to your channel because I’m doing the salkantay trek in 2 weeks with the same company! Just wandered how much I’ll struggle with this island without speaking Spanish and if I should do this too? Thanks!

    • @KittiandJon
      @KittiandJon  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! 🙏 good luck with the Salkantay Trek! The company are amazing you will have a blast! With the island in our experience it will be difficult to communicate without any Spanish but there will be a English speaking guide who will be there during all the bigger events when the group is together which is great. It’s just when you’re on your own with the family they will of course try to speak to you a bit and it’s nice to be able to say a little back 😊 but it’s definitely not a deal breaker to not do it because it’s an amazing experience either way! 😊👍

      I would also suggest staying on Taquille Island. It was a great experience to stay with a family. The food was excellent, the rooms were rustic, but clean and comfy.

    I liked your information about how this one indigenous vegetable that grow only in the island of amantani. And then how tourism is really their main source of income. So, are credit cards usable in the markets or stores? Do you need to bring local currency to purchase goods?
