Thanks 😊 it was the change of bus when you get to the terminal in the north of the city that was difficult. The bus to there is easy…it’s one of the fast metro buses. But the next bus doesn’t leave from that terminal…you have to wait by the side of the main road for a bus to pass that is going to Zipaquira. Can be a bit tricky if you don’t know what you’re looking for but it should be written on the bus (Zipaquira or Zipa something like that) 👍 enjoy your trip! 😊

Hi! Thank you 😊 they were pretty affordable…this was 2 years ago now but I think the socks were like $4-5 and the the jumpers maybe $10-15…I expect they’ll be more now! Socks didn’t last too long…they were very warm and comfy but wore out pretty quickly. We still have the jumpers though…again good quality but we haven’t really worn them or washed them all that much since leaving Peru. Hope that helps 😊

We’d say the bare minimum you’d need is about 2 days (1 for the national park and one to go to the waterfalls) but would definitely recommend staying longer if you enjoy beaches and being by the sea 😊 we spent 1 week there 👍

We got the number of the taxi driver who took us and messaged him once we’d finished our walk. There’s not a lot of signal there but up at the restaurant we could get a couple of bars. He then came back to pick us up 👍

Hmm difficult question…Paracas Reserve is definitely worth seeing as there are some spectacular landscapes there including the red sand beach…don’t know if you’ve watched our Paracas video but that might give you an idea of whether you’d like to see it or not 😊 3 hours in Huacachina is a pretty short amount of time though…it’s fine if all your going to do is the dune buggy’s but you might want to spend a little more time there to climb some of the dunes, go sand boarding, paddle boat on the lake etc. So yeah tricky to answer that question but comes down to your personal interests really. Can't comment on the price difference but we stayed in the 3 star Hotel Residencial Los Frayles and it was comfortable for a couple of nights. The room was very basic but the lounge/pool area was nice 🙂 hope you go! Paracas is worth it for the Ballestas Islands!

This video is for day 1 and 2 of the Salkantay trek. We didn’t get to and have the tour of Machu Picchu until day 5…so no we hadn’t been given information about what Machu Picchu means or how to pronounce it yet.

We booked this trip with a company called Kollasuyo Travel through the website findlocaltrips.com but I'm sure you could also book it directly with the travel company 🙂

In some bigger restaurants it is possible but in general cash is still king. Usually there’s a surcharge for using a credit card to pay.

@KittiandJon how much money do you suggest a single person should have for 8 day trip to cusco. (In dollars and thank you for answering my questions).

@nmmk9134 gosh that's a really difficult question to answer! Depends a lot on what you are planning to do, if you are planning to eat out a lot or cook for yourself, if you are buying lots of souvenirs etc. Definitely if you plan to pay all your tours in cash (which you might have to for many of them) then you will need a lot more. Wouldn't want to give you a definitive figure though in case we're wrong! It's easy to get money out at ATM's in Cusco though if you need to. Hope that helps!

There’s definitely plenty to do in the Holmfirth area and if you are visiting Chatsworth and Bakewell as well those places are also beautiful 😍 Lyme Park is nice but wouldn’t want to tell you it’s worth a 3 hour round trip and then you be disappointed 😅 we’ll let you decide!
