for those who dont know this might be interesting uncle s voice actor died while the game was still in development so they had to replace all of his voicelines with someone else's. they only kept the parts where he sings that s why uncle's voice sounds different there. RIP
You know that motion capture dosn't mean that the characters need to look like the actor, because you know it's MOTION capture, rockstar made the choice to make the characters looks like the actors but it's a visual design choice, not a requirement
I met Roger Clark and Benjamin Davis at 2018 motor city comic con. I swear they were the nicest people i have ever met. Roger said "You're alright girl" in his arthur voice to me once i started getting a bit emotional and that just about killed me lmao
Fact: the reason they look like the game characters is: they had to wear the 3D balls with spandex body suits and face helmets/dots and green screen to get the real person expressions of the voices and movements to be more real like and not game like, very cool if u ask me, some of these voice actors spent as much as 200 days to 5years working for this game. more work/time than most big actors in epic movies. Amazing Work, Amazing Game 5 stars

if the face seems fitting for the character they love to do that however they tend to give them some rougher facial features look at trevor from gta 5 you can easily notice the similarities but you can clearly see where they took some creative liberty

Fact: the reason they look like the game characters is: they had to wear the 3D balls with spandex body suits and face helmets/dots and green screen to get the real person expressions of the voices and movements to be more real like and not game like, very cool if u ask me, some of these voice actors spent as much as 200 days to 5years working for this game. more work/time than most big actors in epic movies. Amazing Work, Amazing Game 5 stars

Some characters look so similar to their voice actors like Hosea and Strauss. I feel like Rockstar designed some of these people off their voice actors.

if the face seems fitting for the character they love to do that however they tend to give them some rougher facial features look at trevor from gta 5 you can easily notice the similarities but you can clearly see where they took some creative liberty
