Im guessing they used the same thing as Vtubers
in the japanese version, the confessions were much longer and very different from the english so the confessions for the heads were based on that. example in silas: the hesitation you see, in the japanese version he shouts basically “let’s become a family!” in it. yeah, the english one is pretty weird. i know it’s late after so long, but that’s pretty much it

Felicia: This is a rather cute pairing honestly... plus you break the tradition of who royals should marry!

Azura (Birthright): While it is cute, that last part of her saying "Promise stay with me forever" becomes an empty given the ending of Birthright....
Kaze: Yes ladies, he is a keeper.
Azura (Conquest): Again, another empty promise for those that have played Conquest you know what I'm getting at
Silas: I mean marrying your best friend leads to good, strong and happy marriage
Azura (Revelation): Some might say that this was fated to happen *Rimshot*
Subaki: What a perfect confession but that goes without saying for the perfectionist
Rinkah: Pretty good confession and it looks like they sparked a relationship that will last

Billy Alexander I didn't mention it in my opinion of them but I knew about it. It is a very odd way to end the confession... that's putting it lightly...
MoonlightReaper14 Yeah I was quite disappointed in Hinata's as well. While I was expecting excitement in his confession. But he sounded a little desperate at the start.
With Takumi I was expecting archery pun confession.
While the latter of Kaden's was a bit creepy I'd say the first part was pretty sweet.
Silas's was definitely one of the most heartfelt and sounded very genuine. It just really makes me want to marry him honestly.
Laslow's definitely shows off a more sweet side to him that makes me love him even more.

Keaton's was just too cute!
Leo's seems more sweet and shows he is afraid of Corrin leaving like in his HD cutscenes you could actually tell he was hurt by Corrin siding with Hoshido. Even though he says the sentence is death it's the subtle tone that sells that. Plus the after battle dialogue with him. He doesn't want to left alone because he already feels distanced from the rest of his family. So he's a bit desperate to keep Corrin with him. You can tell he's desperate for love from someone he's more distanced and wants to protect the people he loves so he can get closer to him.
