The Same December (Live Prince Piano Cover) | A Purple Music Quickie

Performed live on the Korg Havian 50 keyboard using the piano & strings setting.
Had the song Chaos & Disorder on my mind tonight, was curious how it would translate to piano but got sidetracked and found myself on The Same December. Tonight was my first time playing this song, but my initial impressions are that it translates pretty well to piano. Let me know what you all think on that, and if you would be interested in a full live performance video version of the song at some point in the future.
New to Prince? Same December can be found on Prince's 1996 album Chaos & Disorder. Heralded as a contractual throw away album, nothing could be further from the truth. Chaos & Disorder is a very satisfying ride start to finish imo, it is consistent, heavy and beautifully produced.
The Same December video can be found on TH-cam on the Prince channel, the song has a fantastic message that is more important now than ever. Prince breaks it down in a way only Prince can, teaching every moment of the way.
