Russian private hospitals are very expensive just like the American hospitals. My nephew who is a student in the USA came back to India for dental treatment because his student insurance is not good enough to pay for his dental treatment. I guess this is the reason Russians are coming to India. During Socialism of the Soviet Union, medical treatment was free in Russia, but it is no longer the case.
