@BetaWIProgress i have been with my cebuana 26 years and have seen and heard it all so i know his stopping drinking has everything to do with forrest suddenly improving, his father not getting drunk ranting, raving and no doubt making his mother cry would make any child on the spectrum non verbal and unruly too as he was taking his queues from his drunken dad. he can do so much better by dropping his shortman attitudeand just being happy! not soft as that can be worse but balance and even tempered is the key to getting along with the family.
If you are really attached to your grill , it would be best to wait on lending it out. I would sleep on it for a week or two before making that decision. The village I visited when I was there used fire pits and stone grills. It is possible that they use it for a time and then trade it for a pig or two, maybe a goat. When you take all that stuff over there , you might as well say you are giving it to them, because that is the way they will see it. All they may need is some more big rocks to build up the existing grill and a bigger steel grate.
Marcos how will that smoker grill hold up in the open weather over there brother ? You have it under cover out of the weather pretty much where it is. It's a nice gesture either way 😁❤️👍 !!!
The grill has wheels. You can have Flo open a barbecue restaurant. She can set it up along the road and sell grilled chicken. It would make a great video series. ( FloFlo BBQ and Rice )
Maybe sell the things instead and put any profit from that. In an emergency, fund for the family, instead of giving them the things. So you don't have to think about big sudden expenses if someone ends up in the hospital.

Mark, the grill, table are things the family needs to gather around, content, but also you time. Not sure if you actually followed through on the plans to obtain the family rights to Lola’s abandoned house which was wrecked by typhoon Yolanda; for the interim, that area would make a nice place for an open air pavilion with one side for a dirty kitchen and room for multiple seating tables. If you guys wanted to do an overnight visit, you could pitch a tent under it too!

I would not give them your nice BBQ grill as they would ruin it in no time. The BBQ I posted the plans for in my other comment could be done for a few hundred US dollars and the village could do most of the labor. As for the chairs I would find some easy build your own wood chair plans. Goto to a home supply store and have them precut the wood and then haul it to the village using the trailer you just used for the BBQ supplies. With a battery hand drill and some screws the village people could also build the chairs all under your supervision and it could be a good series of videos with you in charge directing the construction. Also that trailer would come in handy transporting all the stuff you buy and haul around like the rice, furniture or grocery's. Your trike driver could also use that trailer in his transport business to transport other peoples stuff around the area and make even more money.
When you were drinking you always crack me up with laughs, now the energy gone. I think you should limit the days that you drink and on moderation. I was a heavy beer drinker, every day one or two but weekends can be crates, now i drink mostly on weekend two three beers plus some family fun cooking even now ally children has moved out of our home. One think also Mark when I stop drinking beers and alcohol in 2022 for one year I started getting problem passing urine. I went to the doctor did several tests including prostate but all was good but the problem still persisted. Then I started again drinking my beer moderately and now I feel good again. I think for over 30 years of drinking beers and just stopped in one go was not a wise decision.
King if you move all these stuff there for your show and they do not have a proper cover over them, it is just a waste they will rot away in a few months. This place need a good hygienic area that they can call a kitchen for your show. A good cooking floor with a roof on top so that everything can be sheltered from the elements. Otherwise it will be a waste to see all what you give them get destroy by mother nature.

My idea is to make a cement pad build a brick grill and put a tin roof over it. That would be hard for them to destroy. It would probably help the whole village. Just put it in a central location. Sort of like a village square. You could have your name plastered all over it like Trump's properties. Big letters Markos pavilion.
