I recently bought a whole new set of cast iron cookware to replace my non-stick stuff. Supposed to be healthier. I've cooked with it a couple of times. Thank God I held on to the non-stick stuff cause if things don't improve with the cast iron stuff, it's going to Goodwill. I made what were supposed to be some over medium eggs. By the time I got done scraping them off the pan they were scrambled. Lol. And, yes, it was bought "seasoned," and I seasoned it some more before using it.
Why don't you invest in a sail shade for outdoor cooking? You'll need a few anchors but it really works. I have 4 in my garden and verandas and they are perfect.
Me my self, is a Stanley guy, Use my green Stanley Trigger Action Travel Mug 0.35L. Use it all the time, coffee and drinks. with or without the lid. only use the lid in the car / traveling. 🍺🍺 I don't like thermos mugs to be too tall. They tip over too easily because of the narrow bottom they have to fit in the cup holder in the car.

A work area the way you like it makes "work" fun instead of frustrating. I have a nice little wood shop and 75% the work I do in my shop is on the shop. Retired work ethic. Broccoli is what got me interested in Da Lat Vietnam and Baguio PH. Huge, fresh heads. Nicest looking broccoli I've seen. Come on man, tortillas? Is there an easier food to make than tortillas? Flour, salt, water, oil. Cook about 1 minute each side. Total time maybe 30 minutes for a stack. You'll never want old stale store tortillas again.

When using that it won't stick to the bottom. Better you put the casserole not oabove direct heat. Also I notice you always put meat above direct heat so it burns easily. You'd better bbq your meat on indirect heat till it is cooked and then put it directly above the coals so it gets the chargrill taste. ( of course you need to turn it regurarly so it won't burn )
