Amen! Excellent message! Why don’t we hear this message being preached from our pulpits today? Sinners have a right to know where they’re headed if they don’t repent and except Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
I think the basic reason is because the scripture does not teach it! There’s a lot of apocalyptic hyperbolic scripture in the New Testament’ for instance, the prophet Isaiah uses similar language in 34:10 that the apostle John in the book of revelation uses in his vision in 14:11 one passage is taken literally by people that use the scripture to teach eternal conscious torment, and the other one is just symbolic?
Hell is a difficult doctrine. And because it is difficult I find that how a Christian explains hell really shows how that person sees the Bible. When I find a new preacher on TH-cam the first thing I check is what he says about hell… and if he is crooked it shows up most of the time as he is talking about hell.
