Excellent. Still praying for brother Steve and his family.
A very encouraging and powerful message. My husband and I loved it and will listen to it again. Thank you, Dr. Lawson!! You are a gift from God, and we thank the Lord for you. We look forward to hearing all your messages.
Pressing Toward the Goal 12 Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. 13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. - Philippians 3 (NKJV) In referencing both Eph 1 and Gen 20, Dr. Zachariades says: “God works all things according to the council of His will. Even keeping the kings who want to commit adultery from committing so. AND WHEN WE WANTS TO HE ORDERS THOSE TO COMMIT ADULTERY WHEN HE WANTS TO!” I put the second sentence in all caps because Dr. Zachariades shouted it at the top of his lungs. Clearly, in his mind, the volume at which you state something is equal to how true it is. Especially when making God into the being that orders you to commit the sin He then punishes you for. - Reformed Baptist, Dr. of Theology, Theodore Zacharaides, Regressive Calvinism Soteriology 1010 The Reformed theologian believes they cannot help themselves if they have 5 years of adultery, since God made them practice their sin, per their theology.
Wow how lovely. A radiant child of God . 👏
this is wonderful, praise God
Amen!!!
Amen!!!❤
Watched from Kingsburg, California. When we first went to Nelson Street Bible Church, Graham and Ruth were one of the first couples to invite us home for lunch. Memories……
🙏
So much needed. Dankie
One must see God with the clarity of such vision. We are all sinners until forgiven. Verily this is the truth. We are all the enemy of God as sinners, He Verily forgives the sins of the truly repentant and He answers them who ask. Rely upon God. No work is accomplished without His unseen guidance.
What strength have you without God? Cast stones upon the prophets if ye are without sin. What is truth? God loves the humble truth before him. God aids not the transgressor who are full of pride and rely upon aught besides Him.
SDG, Excellent!
this is amazing
It's refreshing to hear this sermon on the fate of so many billions -- the pure truth -- with no worry about what people will think. Who cares what people think? It's what God Almighty thinks that matters! After a zillion years of flames and sulfur, the unsaved will be able to think (like the song): "We've only just begun..." Thanks Pastor Lawson, please keep it up!
That is a warped and broken sense of justice. Please get professional help.
Congratulations Christian, my dear Lord bless you!!
What really blows your mind is when you realize all this is just standard Christianity 😂
In a sense, we are all covenantal and we are all dispensational. Sometimes I wonder what the disagreement even is. 🤷♂️ But this has been very helpful and so clearly stated, I affirm 100%. Thank you!
I am a sinner Lord God forgive me.. . through Your ONLY SON JESUS CHRIST... REDEEM ME EVERY MOMENT OF EVERY DAY
We're all sinners -- no one is righteous, no, not one. Daily guarding against sin and constant contrition and repentance before our Holy and Righteous God is the way to go! The fact that you're concerned is a great sign! 😊
That is a great prayer. AMEN 🥰
I don't want to be expelled from the wedding feast of the Lamb because I am not correctly dressed with the Righteousness of Jesus....the resemblance of Jesus Christ, the sanctification is easier to accept when you realize that the Father is the vine dresser....I AM THE TRUE VINE AND....AND ...AND MY FATHER IS THE VINE DRESSER
Hell is a SEPARATION FROM THE LORD GOD.....if we are to praise the Lord God in the everlasting life.... better to get to know Him here on the earth....if you can't worship the Lord God here you won't enjoy doing it on the other side...if you don't like the Lord God's company here don't anticipate that you will be able to tolerate worshipping Him and living in His presence on the other side.... Jesus is Lord....the story of Lazarus and the rich man are from the lips of Jesus Himself.....there is URGENCY
Killer sermon...Killer subject...Believe in the virgin birth, believe in the resurrection, believe in what the Bible, believe there is a hell .... Jesus spoke more about this than anyone else ...The Just is the Justifier.... ONLY WAY
I just read an article about Myth of Adolescence and I came to look up a video on TH-cam, this is by far greatest.
This be is the kind of men we need!! Praise the Lord for raising up Joel Beeke, may He raise up more in this dry and weary land!!

Hello, If you would like to find out more about what we believe you can do so on our website: riverbend.org.nz/about/#we-teach Thanks!
They sound like they don't understand the history of dispensationalism. This is evidenced by the caricatures they are spouting about older dispensationalism.
love how you summed it up in the last 5 min !
So thankful for God leading me through a bed of affliction to find Dr. Joel Beeke and his messages.
This is so good. Thank you Lord Jesus for being my good Shepard and my Savior❤

Needed that. Thank you Dr. Lawson, praise be to God.
Psalm 10 1 Why, Lord, do you stand far off? Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble? 2 In his arrogance the wicked man hunts down the weak, who are caught in the schemes he devises. 3 He boasts about the cravings of his heart; he blesses the greedy and reviles the Lord. 4 In his pride the wicked man does not seek him; in all his thoughts there is no room for God. 5 His ways are always prosperous; your laws are rejected by[b] him; he sneers at all his enemies. 6 He says to himself, “Nothing will ever shake me.” He swears, “No one will ever do me harm.” 7 His mouth is full of lies and threats; trouble and evil are under his tongue. 8 He lies in wait near the villages; from ambush he murders the innocent. His eyes watch in secret for his victims; 9 like a lion in cover he lies in wait. He lies in wait to catch the helpless; he catches the helpless and drags them off in his net. 10 His victims are crushed, they collapse; they fall under his strength. 11 He says to himself, “God will never notice; he covers his face and never sees.” 12 Arise, Lord! Lift up your hand, O God. Do not forget the helpless. 13 Why does the wicked man revile God? Why does he say to himself, “He won’t call me to account”? 14 But you, God, see the trouble of the afflicted; you consider their grief and take it in hand. The victims commit themselves to you; you are the helper of the fatherless. 15 Break the arm of the wicked man; call the evildoer to account for his wickedness that would not otherwise be found out. 16 The Lord is King for ever and ever; the nations will perish from his land. 17 You, Lord, hear the desire of the afflicted; you encourage them, and you listen to their cry, 18 defending the fatherless and the oppressed, so that mere earthly mortals will never again strike terror.
