please dont apply creams that are suggested randomly in youtube channel..tretinoin is prescription strength retinoid..had seen many patients who had burnt their skin after applying tretinoin and it should not be used during pregnancy..

Dear mam, i am used my college days this cream, stop 1 month after coming the pimples heaver and never stop 2 3 yrs, now a day full scared and heavy depth open pores, kindly suggest any best way reduced mam.
If using the cream should stop that and .first should confirm whether it is open pores or post acne scars .. depending on the diagnosis treatment varies..if it is scars mainly procedures like collagen induction therapy helps .if open pores the below link will help,

Face skin has more oil glands compared to body ..mainly for oilyskin we suggest a separate facewash to control the oil..if skin is dry and sensitive accordingly we give facewash..if face is normal and has no issues with the soap u are using can continue the same. If skin is flaky apply a moisturiser suitable for your skin type nga..it is not ethical to prescribe in social media without examining..so plz consult a dermatologist so that can examine your skin and prescribe proper medications

Patch test pannitu poadunga if using .since I didnt examine am not sure about your skin type and extent of damage caused by steroid..but check for sensitivity and manjal poata piragu veiyuluku poana skin will be sensitive ..in general turmeric is good for skin if u don't face any allergy or issues with it...

I had fungal acne because of this cream. I follow these steps. It's much better now. I also have milia. My milia has also reduced after following these steps.
1. Clease with Cloitrimazole soap in the morning. Follow it with Formularx Hydraveil Gel moisturizer.
2. Night- Cleanse with Getrid soap. Use neem and turmeric mask. Then use the same moisturizer.
3. I'm planning to buy the sunscreen of the same brand. Will do soon.
4. I cut down sugar and other sweet items.
5. I drink 2 to 2 and a half litre water.
6. I've cut down junk food too.
7. Don't touch your face unnecessarily. Follow the routine only after cleansing your hands properly.
7. Use Cloitrimazole cream if your skin is itchy. Use it less and only on those spots. Try to discontinue it at the earliest.
Hope it works for you too. (Happy news. I've stopped using Betnovate cream for almost two weeks now. )
