For hands can use for maximum 2 months of there is no irritation or any other problem with proper sun protection..or else it will get tanned more if exposing to sun..even for hands not to use more than 2 months to be on safer side nga..better to opt for safer creams

Actually it may irritate the skin if it is dry nga.. depending on the intensity of pigmentation the time taken for results varies. With proper sun protection it will take 6 weeks to 8 weeks to see results. And should not use this ointment for more than 8 weeks also. Since this contains steroids
