In this video, we will be taking a closer look at five of the best neighborhoods in Ooltewah, including Hamilton on Hunter, Windstone, McKenzie Farm, Hidden Lakes, and Cambridge Square.
First on our list is Hamilton on Hunter. This enormous neighborhood is sought after by many families, has beautiful views, and is conveniently located to several surrounding amenities including the Lake.
Next up is Windstone. This upscale golf community features luxury homes, a championship golf course, and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The gated neighborhood has a guard on duty 24/7 which is perfect for those who appreciate the finer things in life and enjoy an active lifestyle.
McKenzie Farm is another great neighborhood in Ooltewah. Although close to the interstate, the noise level is very low. This beautiful neighborhood is one you don’t want to miss!
Hidden Lakes is another gem in Ooltewah. This neighborhood features a large pond and walking trails coupled with more amazing views of the surrounding mountains.

OMG I LIVE IN THE HAMILTON ON HUNTER NEIGHBOR HOOD (I’m not saying if it’s east west north and ect because tmi)
Didn't see any fences on those neighborhoods wonder if they are allowed looks like they might have HOA
Some of these do have HOAs, but even with an HOA, most allow some different options for fences!
