I don't know who's telling the truth, but after this drama, the KSR incident, and some of the private life details that are coming out, it's getting really tough to respect some of these guys anymore.
After the race where Kevin caused the wreck... and apologized, there were some very public attacks made on video here. The video, or videos disappeared pretty quickly. It wasn't a good look for the sxs crew.

A lady at our church here in Muskegon did the same thing and stole 100 thousand and only spent 3 months in jail. Never paid anything back. We bounced back slowly but you have to keep your head held high for all the hard work you have done.

I've watched a lot of your videos. This one made me subscribe. Life is rough for everyone what you see on the screen is smiles and happy times. Behind the smiles is the real story and the drama or real life situations that make the smiles go away and the anger, sadness, tears start coming. It is fun watching your videos but now I truly respect each one of you because you put it on the line and told the community the truth behind the scenes insider information stuff. Some people in this world will smile laugh and be your friend while scheming you out of hard earned money. I've known 2 people in my life like that. Maybe all of us can relate with your story in some way I know I can. Got a similar story to share. This is not the time to share it. I can on my own channel. The track you all are referencing did I hear you right you paid real money and own that track? The city will not allow you to drive on that? Lawyer up and own that city!!!! If it is owned by you all that is private property you can do anything on that property that is within the confines of the law. Side by sides are offroad vehicles. The track is offroad correct? I would have to know more of the situation to further make a correct judgement. It is your property correct? You can drive on that any day of the week anytime you want. My only thought is must be closer to a city ordinance and there are safety concerns or noise complaints. Those people making the rules are out of touch with reality of side by side owners personality. It's fun so fun to rip it drive it and be in that zone that you loose track of anything else. On my property I drive my side by side when ever I want to. If someone try's to stop me and say your to loud I tell them get use to it. I'll be a neighbor and not be out late at night but during the day if I want to ride my side by side I will. I live in the country you can hear other side by side owners with louder exhaust than mine. I work in an industry, dentistry, where 6 digit embezzlement is common and almost never prosecuted, docs lose millions to it every year. Police are extremely inept at dealing with financial crimes. Well they explained that Lou was never really an 'owner' of the business because his credit was trash and he put his wife's name on the business with them. So with that said, they didn't want to put her in the crosshairs since he was just an employee on paper, despite the control and decision making power he had.

I know I am a small fish compared to all of you guys, however, with that being said, I feel there is a lot more to this. I've been messaged about this drama so many times over the last few months and told so many various versions of "what went down" that my only official statement is this... The actions and behaviors of others have the ability to affect the industry as a whole. When you get to a certain level of publicity, how you carry yourselves can impact many others outside your core circle. Regardless of how these issues affect SXS Blog, there are many other victims here. I don't play the drama game and I wish you guys all the best on whichever path you decide to take. I don't believe in spreading hate. Just remember that when people look up to you it's you're responsibility to act in a respectful and responsible manner, I understand that's not always easy. For the sake of the greater SXS community I hope you guys can work everything out. My goal with this comment is to show support to our community as a whole, not to finger point or place blame. A lot of people have a lot of questions and like them I am just trying to wrap my head around what's going on because I too am affected by tension in the industry. I personally think that there is a lot more benefit to all people and brands in the industry if we can figure out ways to get along. At the end of the day most of us have similar goals and interests. I've watched a lot of your videos. This one made me subscribe. Life is rough for everyone what you see on the screen is smiles and happy times. Behind the smiles is the real story and the drama or real life situations that make the smiles go away and the anger, sadness, tears start coming. It is fun watching your videos but now I truly respect each one of you because you put it on the line and told the community the truth behind the scenes insider information stuff. Some people in this world will smile laugh and be your friend while scheming you out of hard earned money. I've known 2 people in my life like that. Maybe all of us can relate with your story in some way I know I can. Got a similar story to share. This is not the time to share it. I can on my own channel. The track you all are referencing did I hear you right you paid real money and own that track? The city will not allow you to drive on that? Lawyer up and own that city!!!! If it is owned by you all that is private property you can do anything on that property that is within the confines of the law. Side by sides are offroad vehicles. The track is offroad correct? I would have to know more of the situation to further make a correct judgement. It is your property correct? You can drive on that any day of the week anytime you want. My only thought is must be closer to a city ordinance and there are safety concerns or noise complaints. Those people making the rules are out of touch with reality of side by side owners personality. It's fun so fun to rip it drive it and be in that zone that you loose track of anything else. On my property I drive my side by side when ever I want to. If someone try's to stop me and say your to loud I tell them get use to it. I'll be a neighbor and not be out late at night but during the day if I want to ride my side by side I will. I live in the country you can hear other side by side owners with louder exhaust than mine. Keep on Keeping on the sun comes up everyday life goes on just pull together lean on each other you all can do it.

I work in an industry, dentistry, where 6 digit embezzlement is common and almost never prosecuted, docs lose millions to it every year. Police are extremely inept at dealing with financial crimes. Well they explained that Lou was never really an 'owner' of the business because his credit was trash and he put his wife's name on the business with them. So with that said, they didn't want to put her in the crosshairs since he was just an employee on paper, despite the control and decision making power he had.

Had no idea I could be become so invested in something like this but am now even more supportive of what you're doing. I know I am a small fish compared to all of you guys, however, with that being said, I feel there is a lot more to this. I've been messaged about this drama so many times over the last few months and told so many various versions of "what went down" that my only official statement is this... The actions and behaviors of others have the ability to affect the industry as a whole. When you get to a certain level of publicity, how you carry yourselves can impact many others outside your core circle. Regardless of how these issues affect SXS Blog, there are many other victims here. I don't play the drama game and I wish you guys all the best on whichever path you decide to take. I don't believe in spreading hate. Just remember that when people look up to you it's you're responsibility to act in a respectful and responsible manner, I understand that's not always easy. For the sake of the greater SXS community I hope you guys can work everything out. My goal with this comment is to show support to our community as a whole, not to finger point or place blame. A lot of people have a lot of questions and like them I am just trying to wrap my head around what's going on because I too am affected by tension in the industry. I personally think that there is a lot more benefit to all people and brands in the industry if we can figure out ways to get along. At the end of the day most of us have similar goals and interests. The fact that embezzlement is being publicly discussed now and not previously would fit with what is customary for financial fraud cases.

But im most upset for Matt, cause no matter how much they were paying him, if it really was 100's of thousands stolen over the last few years, then that man without a doubt should have been seen a large chunk of it.
