The 5th game is basically an improved version of 4. No major changes really were made based on what I can tell besides the story mode. Gameplay remains mostly the same with some tweaks to it. All good tweaks may I add.
@@montelhelem8707 You can with an emulator. Even with a potato PC, the game isn't very resource hungry like other games on the PS2. It runs pretty well for the most part.

I played just about all naruto ultimate ninjas but I didn't play the 5th one cause it speaks Japan I wish that it speaks English too bad it doesn't
