Garra's Level 3 Ultimate Jutsu had very little changes between each game. The animation remained the same, but the only differences are the quotes and the thickness of the sand. In the first game, the sand was so thick to the point of obscuring your view, you'd have to pay close attention to what was going on. Garra never spoke during this transformation, and he could only growl. In the sequel, the sand thickness had died down, giving you a better view of the attack. He now speaks, and calls out each technique name. The growl is still there, but he does it with is normal voice. In Ultimate Ninja 3, the onscreen sand is gone, and the Playing Possum Jutsu monster now shouts "Wind Style: Air Bullet!!!" This attack had him shooting an Air Bullet, but the number of Air Bullets he fired would match the number in the game's title.
Looking back, I just don't understand how they didn't take his Wind Style: Air Bullets ougi from UN3 and make it his Awakening ougi to replace the summoning in UN5. They did it with PTS Kiba 😐
