Easy things to diagnose but the barriers come from getting the person to admit they have a problem. That’s my issue,I’ve always refused to participate but that then doesn’t stop you being labelled as having an “undiagnosed personality disorder”. It’s a very grey area and even many medical professionals are dubious about the situation as it’s seen as an easy way of just keeping people locked away
