Stripe show. I’m on that ice bath grind now too prepping for my first half marathon. Good luck with your iron man training Bubbie ! Can’t wait to see it
Trackman isn't feeding you correct distances as long as the spin numbers are italicized. You need to either paint some reflective silver dots on the balls you are using or use Titleist Pro v1 RCT balls for accurate spin numbers.
3 things I would love to see you work on. 1. Your short game. 2. Your short game. 3. Your short game. 😉 You've got the rest of the game well on its way to being a great player and I always root for you in good good videos. A short game coach and a few lessons would get you closer to a lower handicap or even scratch golfer faster then you think.
Studies done that show ice bath, more specifically cold hand therapy helps improve pull up strength (grip strength as well). My yardages went up almost a full club since I hit the ice bath everyday for a month.
Bro with how long you hit it and how close you often are off of the tee, it would be interesting to see you hit stock 3/4 swings with your wedges as well!
Bubbie you are amazing ball striker, your golf potential is almost unlimited. That lesson that you had with David Ledbetter flipped your "on switch" and you have been much more consistent since. Consider spending some more lesson time with Ledbetter. You just need to practice a little more on the range and the short game area working on being able to hit close wedge shots, sand shots, and chip shots. You are already a great putter so practice your putting and keep that up as well.
Bubbie ima be honest, your wedge swing looks amazing, I’m sure you would play better if you hit your longer irons that solid That 4 iron still going 235-240, but maybe not 260, but def more on target
Remember bubbie, these irons they gave you are loft jacked, and are very hot off the face, low spin high launch. They will fly different yardages on you once and a while. I’d ask callaway for a iron set more suited to you. Rouge pro or the apex pros.
Thank you Bubbie for staying positive in all your videos. Through the cigar smoke, you seem like a breath of fresh air in whatever environment lol. Stay genuine and keep posting bc I love your content.

One tiny thing! You are FOR SURE swinging lighter in the simulator than you are on the course. Hard to simulate that course adrenaline, but definitely something to look at as well! Love to content
READ THIS! Take painters tape, write your CARRY DISTANCE ONLY on it and tape it in a circle around the top of the shaft just under the bottom of the grip. And use the trackman average rounded down to the whole number. So 117.4 would be 117 carry and that’s what number you use to know your iron yardages.
@@EaglesXsandOs no, you put it as the carry distance for what it says on trackman or where you play most at. You figure the rest out when you play somewhere else. It’s a baseline. Do you see the carry distances in the golf digest “what’s in the bag” for pros and see anywhere what temp or elevation it’s for?
@@xBlade173 I played about 4-5 years as a pro and teach/fit now. It helps a ton if you can know a baseline without having to think about it through the bag!

Great stuff Bubbie! One thing I notice is that you keep the handle really low at address which results in the toe of the club pointing up at address. I think this points the club left to the target. I also saw that the track man data shows your club to face path at -9.5. Which explains why you’re hitting sweeping draws. Good idea may be to check your lie angle and see if there’s an opportunity to flatten the club to give you a straighter ball fight. Keep rocking bro!
When you hit it that hard do you really need more distance on your 3 wood? Lol. Wouldn't it be better to have like HL3wood that goes 275 constitantly vs 295 13 degree that's going to be less forgiving? How often are you going for green from 300 out lol.
If Bubbie just works on that Leadbetter drill to eliminate the sweeping hook and gets a little more comfortable with short game, he's instantly a 3 handicap.
I just wish I had any kind of consistency to be able to find my yardages. It's crazy how you hit a ball and immediately guess within a few yards how far it's going. Can't wait to see the rise of Bubbie golf in GoodGood. You might not think it sometimes, but the way you've been swinging you CAN compete with Kwon and Garret. FINALLY SOMEONE SAID IT THANK YOU. him actually WANTING to see his 9 iron go 170 is just crazy to me, hope he starts focusing on consistency rather than just big numbers
Stripe show. I’m on that ice bath grind now too prepping for my first half marathon. Good luck with your iron man training Bubbie ! Can’t wait to see it
Bubbie puttin in that WORK 😤💪🏻
Youre evolving into quite the golfer Bubbie, what your doing is obviously the right move!💪 Lol keep it up man!
Bubbie's got some SPEED man! The fact he hits his 6 iron as far as my 3 wood makes me so insecure lmfao
Always get so excited when i see a new Bubbie upload 👏🏼
The Paradym irons are loft jacked by 5° over traditional lofts. The 8i is 33° lol that’s almost a 6i loft!
Every swing… rope draw. Love it!!!
Trackman isn't feeding you correct distances as long as the spin numbers are italicized. You need to either paint some reflective silver dots on the balls you are using or use Titleist Pro v1 RCT balls for accurate spin numbers.
I am very glad I came across this comment. 10/10 knowledge I didn't know I needed
Had no idea about this. I have a box of Prov1x Left Dash RTCs in the bag and I never really understood what the logo was about lol
90% of golver that use the trackman dont know this 👍i always say that it guesstimate when its italicized numbers :P
Bubbie ima be honest, your wedge swing looks amazing, I’m sure you would play better if you hit your longer irons that solid
That 4 iron still going 235-240, but maybe not 260, but def more on target
Remember bubbie, these irons they gave you are loft jacked, and are very hot off the face, low spin high launch. They will fly different yardages on you once and a while. I’d ask callaway for a iron set more suited to you. Rouge pro or the apex pros.
Thank you Bubbie for staying positive in all your videos. Through the cigar smoke, you seem like a breath of fresh air in whatever environment lol. Stay genuine and keep posting bc I love your content.
Hits a 6 iron, 224 carry, his first words “oh it spun abit” 😂 I think someone needs to tell him that’s exactly what you want from a six iron, seems like bubbie is just caught up with hitting knuckle balls as far as possible
Okay but do you put the carry for which temperature, at which elevation?
@@EaglesXsandOs no, you put it as the carry distance for what it says on trackman or where you play most at. You figure the rest out when you play somewhere else. It’s a baseline. Do you see the carry distances in the golf digest “what’s in the bag” for pros and see anywhere what temp or elevation it’s for?
Very good tip!
@@xBlade173 I played about 4-5 years as a pro and teach/fit now. It helps a ton if you can know a baseline without having to think about it through the bag!
I would love to see you in a homerun derby. Your speed is incredible.
Maybe be try a 3 hybrid to bridge the gap from 3 wood to 4 iron I did and enjoy it.. awesome video. Would like to see everyone do this one as well as what balls you like and why.. keep it up my brother
Drink everytime Bubbie says joint/s hahaha! Love the vid!
When you hit it that hard do you really need more distance on your 3 wood? Lol. Wouldn't it be better to have like HL3wood that goes 275 constitantly vs 295 13 degree that's going to be less forgiving? How often are you going for green from 300 out lol.
Somebody break the news to Bubbie that he now has 2 gap wedges! Not sure why he's playing such hot irons. 230 yard 5 iron is silly.
Well done!
Liking that Cleveland browns shirt! Looks good good lol
If Bubbie just works on that Leadbetter drill to eliminate the sweeping hook and gets a little more comfortable with short game, he's instantly a 3 handicap.
I’d be interested to hear the lofts of all your irons.
Keep Killin it Bubs
7 iron is basically a 5 iron
Alex etches just done a test, 220 Carry with 7 iron, 150 ball speed. In my opinion getting way to Carried away with distance
Bubbie im ur supporter in the majors from now on 😂! Loving some of those shots u were hitting
Them landing angles are so crazy
I just wish I had any kind of consistency to be able to find my yardages. It's crazy how you hit a ball and immediately guess within a few yards how far it's going. Can't wait to see the rise of Bubbie golf in GoodGood. You might not think it sometimes, but the way you've been swinging you CAN compete with Kwon and Garret. Hoping to see you make a comeback in the Dubai Major tomorrow. Keep up the hard work. It definitely shows!
Judging by your first sentence you don't have a grasp of golf so no he can't compete with Kwon or Garret.
@@CB-rv2lj judging by your first sentence, you're an asshole. On their best days yes kwon and garret will beat bubbies best most days. But for you to say bubbie can't compete with them at all is just ignorant and I'm not really sure why you're even watching his videos if you feel that way about him. What a thing to say as a fan "you could never beat those guys". Get outta here
Your progression from last year to this year is impressive.
Can’t wait to see you improve your consistency.
Also, focus more on carry numbers.
Goodluck man! Fix that damn smoke detector too lol
the last thing bubbie needs are loft jacked GI irons, they are the reason you sometimes fly the green by 15 yards. theyre just super unpredictable distancewise
i absolutely love ur content bubbie
Want to do an iron man too! I started with an Olympic tri last year. It was life changing. Good luck!
You guys should get those rct Titleist balls. It accurately picks up the spin instead of calculating it which is going to help you get more consistent numbers
They wouldn't be allowed to use them on camera my boy
@@somethinginthewater3802 can’t imagine calaway has an agreement in the balls they hit in the simulator? Who knows. I started use them at my sim and they help keeps numbers in line when using trackman indoors.
@@theonetruemorty3357 if it’s a full Callaway deal from driver to ball. (Excluding good good putter). I bet they damn sure want them using a Callaway for everything they do.
Granted it’s a simulator and you never show a close up of the ball they are hitting.
@@theonetruemorty3357 they are good in the simulator and the course of course. However they do have a ball contract anditsquite possible they couldn't film a public video using another brand. Thats not good business but who knows. They are known for never having the accessories they need i.e. balls gloves and tees, the rcts would just end up in Steve's bag lol
@@somethinginthewater3802 if they don’t want them using the better ball for simulators then callaway should make their own version. Regardless no one needs to do a close up of the ball they use.
Bubbies improvement is amazing . It makes a real difference having a predictable ball flight. Also his drives with the draw are so much less spinny it just goes on forever !!!
A wise man once told me “If you ever see someone hitting full shots with their wedges, play them for money”
Just got my fitting from Club Champion. I got the LA Golf 105A shafts in the Callaway Paradigm irons. They arrive tomorrow and I fully intend on doing this same thing on the trackman. Always exciting to get new clubs but also learning new yardages after 10 years with my current set makes me wonder how much better this will be for my game. Great video man.
la golf with paradigm irons LOL peak club champion fitting right there
@@bryankbarker Had 7 buddies go down this road. We all ended up with different setups but I'm playing better than I ever have. GHIN is currently down to a 6.8 from a 13. I have no regrets in getting new clubs or using Club Champion 🏆
@bryanbarker7319 exactly what I thought lmao. 2800 easy
Seeing bubbie’s change with the paradyms has been my biggest motivation to get them.
I would be very interested in a vlog on what your typical Ironman training have looked like.
Player improvement clubs make the real consistency on those toe shots, wish I had the distance you do so I could land the ball softer. Can't wait to head out to the range and find my numbers for this season.
Bubbie is the most improved golfer on TH-cam. Keep Grinding my guy
When you need a gap wedge to fill in the gap between the PW and your gap wedge (52*).
Carry number is what you look at for club distances. Even your carries are launching, so may as well go with carry like you're supposed to. I feel like you could hit whatever yardage you want with any club you want if you had to though 😂
dude has no idea what he's doing
Would love to see Bubbie shift to a Kwon fade, it'd really transform his game.
You are an absolute weapon Bubbie. Smashing 6 irons farther than many can a driver. Love it mate, I just picked up my Paradym Project X irons today and I can confirm they go much farther than my old irons. love them
They go much farther because they are much stronger lofted. A 7 iron in the paradyms plays as a 6/5 iron in standard lofted clubs!
@@nolanweis6 yes the lofts are strong, but the bounce off the face hard. I also hit in a custom fit other clubs with the same lofts and length of shaft and didn't go as far. They are certainly a forgiving club, but feel great as well
@@thebikepackingadventurer well when they are lower lofted they are gonna come off much harder. Not too mention since they have a thick head and are game improvement they are able to toss stuff like speed foam in there to act as a trampoline.
Sounds like there’s a spot in the bag for one more club. Time for a 5 wood or hybrid to fill the 4-iron to 3 wood gap.
how many more of these "look at me and how far i can hit it" videos are you going to put out??
Well he's not going to be putting out "look at me shoot in the 60s videos" because he's obsessed with distance
Can’t remember the platitude but heard something like “play with what you got, don’t fight a natural draw/fade”
take a shot every time bubbie says joint(s). see if you can make it to the end of the video.
OMG! So I need to get fitted for clubs…increase ball speed…more skill…maybe I’ll just stop for a nice banana split on my way home from my next game. I can do that. Great stuff Bubbie!
Great job, you're catching up to Micha, but he's a different breed of ball striker
Bubbie is just a good dude!
You guys should come out to Glendale AZ to tiger woods designed mini golf courses at popstroke. Their is two of them. A hard one and easy one. Just opened out here on March 2nd.
I'm really looking forward to the day when Bubbie realizes that hitting a 4 iron 250 is actually terrible if you can't keep it on the planet. Plz do a vid on swinging 75%, using course mngt, and thinking instead of gorilla warfare, lol. ❤️ U Bubbie
It's actually just the irons he's playing. If he played some apex pros he'd be 1 club shorter, even 2 on the shorter irons. But he'd have way better accuracy with those irons.
And you hit yours probably 190 😢
@@Jas_Ftbl 215, but I also have a ton of control, which is the whole point.
Begging you to do a 9 hole vlog or break X series. Its not that bad of weather in texas and youll be able to see improvement way faster.
Great work bub.
On another note Im curious what the peak heights are. Land angles were steep.
Bubbie your the man.
Throw a 5 wood or maybe even a 7 wood in the mix and that should fill your gap between the 4 iron and 3 wood and keep you from having to try to crush a 4 or take some off the 3 wood for the in between yardages.
Bubbie is trending on the videos - but that left foot jump move creating a massive hook / changing the arc of your swing rotating the body angle open/left ..
I kept thinking your shoes squeaking were a fire alarm and it was killing me lol
Hey man I am glad you are loving those new sticks, I only wish. What did you do with the old takomos you were crushing?
132 feet left of target - “i like that a lot” love bubbie
As someone working on clubpath atm, seeing yours between 8 and 10 is envious 😂
