07:43 Well, I've been training exactly like that for 2 months now and still waiting for the pain, clicking and popping sounds to go away. I thought the pain and sounds gonna go after muscles get stronger because my pain disappears(clicking and popping sounds also disappear after 15-20 reps) when I train for some hours then comes back, I get up train again till the pain is gone but now I'm realizing the sounds and pain comes not from weakness, it comes from trying to break my wrist by doing exactly what T12J7 saying NOT to do. Great guy! I wonder if he is a teacher or an engineer.
I knew it! I kept on doing the loop that Devon does but I wasn’t really feeling it. When I placed the belt through my hand or over my wrist, it targeted pronation way better.
So much value in this video , deserves a lot more views ! Thank you man !

Looks like a Micky mouse arm
Peukun ympäri remmi, kyllähän se perille menee.
So I should train pronation with the belt over my wrist?
Regarding the belt lifts, I think that is the best way to train the pronation.
