Jessica Allossery great video you're beautiful 😊 and talented! It's a good idea to have a propane leak detector. If you don't already have one make sure it could pick up propane. I put my last detector in a bag and put a propane torch leaking in the bag (No Flame) outside and it went off the alarm. while some others detectors I tested did not. I returned them to the store. I was thinking about a propane stove like yours what part number, brand and roughly how much did you pay for your propane stove? Thanks and one of the best things you can do for your body is drink 9.5 pH alkaline oxygenated water. I have for about five years years now and it's the best thing I've ever done. You can purchase it if you bring your own jug at big health food stores for about $0.99 a gallon.

You should get solar panels, so you can generate your own electricity, therefor you can be of grid longer

There is more to just throwing panels on the roof. Need more Hattie's, inverter, manage sys of some kind. She would be better with some flex panels and a Jackery "solar generator" .. It's just a portable interested sysrem

@cindybin2001 you need to use a VPN. You can look like your in Panama if you want. There are a lot of inexpensive ones out there.

I have a 68 Shasta LoFlyte, Alice! 💗 She has no toilet and no shower, and she is amazing! I have an "emergency only" toilet as well; who wants to deal with that icky plumbing (NOT ME) so I am just fine without them. Your Pearl is adorable and you've done a great job with her. Happy travels!

agree..i would have removed the extra sofa/dinning table..then build a small toilet with shower there..then maybe just have a portable or folding table..then sit by the bed..

1.) I will convert the extra seating area to bathroom and toilet....
2.) I will build a terrace kind of thing on the top of the camper, apart from 1/2 solar panels..... And I will put some plants on the the terrace and a small chair for me.....

Wonderful use of space. The inside actually looks bigger from the inside than the outside. The amount of windows definitely keeps u from feeling crowded inside. Congrats on such a charming little travel home.

I lived in van once simple set no wood work just a futon matress on the floor but I did set up a bathroom yes we all need a toilet

Pretty little trailer. Great work! Just 2 suggestions: Solar power, and only run 1 propane tank at a time. That way when 1 is empty, you still have a full tank to last until you get the first refilled.

Well since there's no shower and only an emergency toilet you can't really live in it, it's just for vacation on the road, it's cute though
J Bello There are places you can shower on the go, like if you’re a member of planet fitness, that’s what a lot of van-lifers do!
I shower and use the bathrooms in campsites. I can't be off grid in Pearl unless just for 2 days. I have an emergency toilet for that (basically cat litter in a bag Lol)

A shower don’t make a house
Jessica Allossery I'm working on a travel trailer now. My shower will be cut down sit down shower. I will be sitting on a small one gallon paint can or something this small to take a shower. You can do this and put a tank underneath it to catch the water. And you can go with a instant on propane hot water heater. You can run a shallow jet well pump at Harbor Freight. You will need a generator unless you use a DC to AC converter for your vehicle to convert power to run the shallow well jet pump. Or another thought heat the water and pour it on you. I have done it before it works good if it's heated.

When we were little(52-58) my dad had a Shasta trailer. I had a brother and sister and we were living in Roswell, NM where dad was stationed. It was killer. We roamed from Cali to Kansas and all points between. White Sands, Taos, Santa Fe, Lubbock ( Where my cousin Chuck was stationed) and many places in Texas. I hope you get as much out of your camper as we did.

Very cute!!!! The only drawback for me would be all the white. ...i would want some color....looks too sterile to relax i would always be concerned about dirt...stains etc....everything else is very pretty.....living smaller and with less is such a great thing if its someones choice....however in todays world its not a choice its a no choice thing....
I love all things white and yes I notice dirt and stains but I am extra careful and extra clean anyway so it works perfectly for me!

child you have no shower?
Showers are modern. Pioneers just stood in a wash tub and poured water over and used a washcloth. They also have many versions of outdoor showers with water solar heated. Our water at our last house was so hard after a few months living with my then new significant other i had to use the pool water to wash my hair as it was softened. I realized by only using one half gallon milk jug for my thick hair, one to wash and one to rinse I was saving tons of water. So i often still do that especially when I dye my hair. I rinse in utility sink. It actually works better to direct the water exactly where i want. Then get t 2 min shower. Beleive it or not its faster. So i do that too in our little trailer that does have a sower buy it spits out to drops. We do same, use the bath tum for a standing bath. Less water and works better.

If she has a gym membership she can just go there. Planet Fitness is all over the country. RV parks typically have showers, and she said she also stays with friends, who probably have showers. She looks like she's doing fine to me.

I saw what looked like a rabbits' foot on the refrigerator. Then if you look at 1:45 , minutes she has white fur on her bed with a pink throw. I don't think she had a fur ball lying around. She's clean, the trailers clean, the inside of the refrigerator is clean. To me it didn't look like a matted up, grungy, fur ball! LOL!
