Thats called a rock gaurd, for front fender

Hello Kevin. Your 100% correct. Rock guard for front fenders is correct. Peterbilt did a great job with these Peterbilt Genuine Accessories rock guards for front fenders. We also have after market brands that makes these rock guards for front fenders with the Peterbilt logo.
