The lessons from Stoicism are profound! Keeping a clear mind, controlling emotions, and walking away when necessary helps me find peace in life.

    Power of Walking Away:
    1- Recognizing Toxicity, “ stress, disrespect , negativity “.
2- Self Awareness, “ what is not good for you “.
3- Emotional Intelligence, “ being able to stay calm with courage “.
4- Establish & communicate boundaries , “ be calm collected and focused “.
    5- Self sufficiency, “ mindfulness “.
6-Accept the outside outcome which maybe beyond our control.
7- Detach from Toxic behaviors, “identify what you can control “.
8- Slowly reduce your time with those who are toxic.
9- Define what you will & will not tolerate.
10 Seek friends who are truly loyal.

In 1995, I lived in a residential hotel in San Diego. I watched the younger and older men get new and better jobs, or ask for raises or move up in their jobs. Some found ways to apply for money to go to university and some decided to start a new profession. They did not stop and ask anyone for 'permission' or sit around and wonder if they should do their decisions. They were independent thinkers and doers and I admired and remembered that lesson! Thank you!

Ive been WALKING ALONE my entire life! Im 75 now and im sooooo damn tired of being unloved. Even my own kids mock me. Im not allowed to see my grandkids or my great grandkids. All i have to do is give up my soul to evil..then they MIGHT let me see them on zoom.
