I thought it was a bit of a shitty comment too it's not about being easily entertained most ppl enjoy what they see and experience they probably found it breathtaking in Places x
There is something ironic about watching a show about leaving a humanity-caused, worn out, destroyed Earth in search of a new world while sitting in the absolute 2.5 billion dollar embodiment of capitalism, abundance, and questionable resource expenditure 😆
@@ChaseYamauchi They are always so environment friendly yet their lifestyles don't showcase it, living comfortably and using the amenities created by the people they claim to hate so much. It's hilarious
I just got back from vegas and the sphere. Its insanly steep. I was sober and felt like I was gonna fall to my demise. The show was amazing to start but I felt that it got boring a little while after.
The sphere is definitely not worth the ticket price. Paid $100. The show is worth $20 to me. Would not recommend it if you’re paying over $20. It’s just an animal planet movie played on a giant screen.
Thanks for sharing your insight. Don’t listen to the haters and their mean comments. They have nothing better to do with their lives. I like how clear and organized your video was!
1:48 - it isn't a flat screen. It's actually rotating fan blades with LED's on them spinning at like 600 RPM. You can actually see it quite well with the shutter speed on the camera you used. Pretty cool.
There's a ride like this in Disneyland it's Amazing! Your on rows of seats an The seats move up down side to side like your flying. You can feel wind breeze drops of water etc.I loved it!! Experience of a Lifetime ❤ It's called Soarin Around The World.@ Disneyland
Thought the show was a bit hypocritical. It’s about human consumption messing up the earth, yet the entire Sphere is a monument to human consumption. Building it was costly and I’m sure required burning fossil fuels, the tech stuff inside also cost a lot, and they sell overpriced snacks. If they at least ostensibly tried to build the Sphere emphasizing sustainability and green living, Postcard from Earth’s message would strike a more believable tone
What a lame and depressing presentation to show your "human" guests. "People bad and ruin their planet, people must leave old planet to go colonize/ruin new planet".
Six flags great adventure had a similar thing called the adventure theatre. You stood there in I domed room and 3/4 of the ceiling to floor was a screen and you stood there watching videos of the same type of things. Saying down mountains then fly off the cliff then you would turn into a plane flying thu the mountains. That was in the 80s. Come along way but not original idea. I'd like to see something there tho. Looks cool
Even alcoholic beverages? And seven dollars for a coke? And it was crowded? No way! In Las Vegas! Can you believe it! Dude, this "review" feels more like a series of whiny complaining - about the people being people, the steps being steps, the prices and whatsoever.
Condescending much? A company is trying to entertain its guests and you are ripping stating that it is obvious where the scenes are going.... funny how you are a self described "vlogger" instead of the person who created this experience... I guess it just shows that some people are just a-holes and don't appreciate anything. Be better, do better
Oh boy. Where to begin with this one... 1. I gave a realistic approach of my experience. I listed negative AND positive points of the experience. If you consider what I said to be "ripping," then I'm afraid you should be scared of the "mean cruel real world," bub. 2. Me stating "that it is obvious where the scenes are going" isn't a reflection of the quality of the experience... I mean, it's called "Postcard From Earth," it starts with 2 humans on a new planet; is it not clear that this is going to be a show about human's effect on the Earth? Did you expect this show to be about 3. The fact that you left this condescending comment calling me condescending is top notch humor. Be better, do better, learn to hear other opinions, understand that nothing in life is perfect, there are pros and cons to everything.
He was actually very balanced in his feedback. He paid to get in, so he does have the right to assess his experience. He was very complimentary but also honest about the little things that took away from the experience. You're acting like the city of Las Vegas provided this experience as a favor and he should just shut up and be happy they let him go lol. Normal people like me appreciate hearing both the pros and the cons. Even with the cons, he didn't say anything that would stop me from going there myself. So why you so angry? It's TH-cam, friend. Don't let it get your BP up lol
Thank u so much for all the details. And for that price yh sounds like they could of done better . They got the idea they just need to make it better. Thank u.. 😊 like fly like a bird. Haha 😄 and how it like be a animal. And do one with cars and another one idk but . Yh they can do it better and make it safer I would not like those stairs lol 😆 😂 😜
Come on dude! "the stairs are terrifying" You are obviously part of the new generation looking for an excuse to hold someone else accountable for your failure to function as a normal person I feel sorry for you and those that act like you!
Why do people always look for negativity in everything? Don't you think with all the billions they've poured into this, they'd take public safety into account?
Exactly… With all the billions they’ve poured into this, you’d think they’d take public safety into account. Hence why some of the lack of safety was surprising. I’m sure most people will be okay with it, but imagine an older person or someone who has trouble climbing steep flights of stairs.
Eh I convinced the gf to go to the Sphere for this on her trip without me so I'm jealous and wanted to see what she saw so I could talk about it. I found this vlog informative.
I live in a place that in some ways looks amazing like that Sphere. The sky the sea the beaches and boats and mountains of trees wrap around me here in Oriental Mindoro. The fifty large steps up to my house are very steep and tiring to climb just like those of the Sphere. Steps large steps that leave the beaches and sandy coves with resting indigenous Bangka boats way down below on the water. As I look down onto them from here in my bedroom in the cool morning I feel they are just a few metres away but it takes at least eight minutes to walk to the beaches or into the forest behind me. The Sphere looks great but it looks very exhausting to experience in real life. Ferries busses cars airports planes and trains to get me there from here. I just know I will never see it as I am so far away in the middle of the Philippine seas on a tiny island miles from the big City of Las Vegas. I will just have to make do with what I have here now.
Every arena i have ever been in the stairs LOOK steep. Its almost like a vertigo. The stairs LOOK steep but they are normal. The perception you get is that your mind and eyes don't see everyday so they are trying to make sense of it.
