14:50 Twins of the Eclipse targets 2 OTHER rank 4 or lower Xyz monsters, so no it cannot attach itself. If you have a second one though it would work. The extra deck might be too tight for that though.
There are a lot better lines that play far less into handtraps. Your field spell isnt making your board safe if you have no materials in the ice ryzeal line. You can summon traptrix raff and do full combo still. The main reason utopic is run outside of ftks is to overlay duodrive because your field spell locks you and this wasnt rly mentioned at all. Ex line for example a ash or any ht on duodrive absolutely sucks. You could make traptrix first. Go duodrive. Duodrive grab trap node. Node make deadnader. Endboard is 6 pops with raff. Id only be making abyss t1 if i was agaisnt yubel
Actually if the opponent activates a hand trap, you can chain plug in, attach to duo driver, then negate with the field spell on resolution, you dont need a material on duo when the opp activates a monster. Either way, I completely agree with you that rafflesia is the best rank4 to be first summoned. About utopic, it is also used to dodge impermanence on duodriver if you have rafflesia on the field
Hey bro, all the lines I showed are protected by the Field Spell even if you have no Materials on your Duodrive, since you chain Plug-In to Nibiru as mentioned in Combo 1. I tried to cover as much as possible without making the video too long, but there's probably a couple things I didn't go over. For example, I am aware of the Raffleisa Line. Most OCG decks are dropping the Rafflessia + Gravedigger Package, and they're just running 2x Crossout in the Main Deck instead. Its not a bad line, but its not necessary like some players thought when the deck first came out. You can definitely run it if you want. Also, I did mention many times that I'm going into Abyss Dweller as an example, and you can summon any Rank 4 you need instead. I even said it depends on the matchup and that Dweller is good against Yubel. Also, I showed exactly what to do if Duodrive gets handtrapped.
@@earthteamjordan chain plug in is something I overlooked. I've not seen any ocg lists dropping the raff package. They have been playing it since release, most of them have dropped shifter, same with tenpai. That's obviously due to maliss though and we have no idea if the impact will be the same
@@ferrisbueller1413 there's a few small TH-cam channels that cover ocg tournaments. They can be quite hard to find though. Even when they ran raff they still ran crossout, atleast the road of the king lists did. Ripping raw duo drive into a 18 handtrap format feels like suicide imo
you realize a lot of those people that said the deck was just Rank 4 spam said that before their omni negate field spell was announced. that changes peoples mind so thinking those people still believe it's bad or only a rank 4 spam deck is stupid. my question is how does it play around Goblin bikers :)

If an Xyz Monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can detach 1 material from this card instead."
That might be a nice tech card if you're playing against Ryzeal. I'm surprised I haven't seen it more actually. I think the best solution if you're playing Ryzeal is to include 1 generic Link just in case, as well as a bunch of blowout cards in the side deck like D. Barrier

I’m playing Ryzeal Sharks( which gives us our Toad Omni-negate ) but wanted to get everyone opinion on the deck
