    About This Video:
    Probably one of the most important pieces of life coaching and weight coaching is figuring out how to own your negative emotions. The ability and willingness to feel negative emotions can be very difficult and it tends to bring up huge levels of resistance for many people. We, as human beings, need to experience negative feelings in our everyday life in order to realize when we are actually feeling happy and blissful.
    On this episode, I will explain how feeling your negative feelings and emotions will allow you to experience your life at its fullest. You will learn how to take control of your emotions make them work for you, instead of avoiding them. You don’t want to miss this episode full of tools and actionable steps that you can use to start taking control of your emotions!
    The willingness to feel negative emotion is the key to fulfilling your dreams.
    Most of us are very resistant to feeling negative emotion. But the truth is we aren't supposed to be happy 100% of the time. Being alive and having the full human experience is not about feeling positive emotion all of the time.
    Part of the joy of working towards something that's difficult is facing all of that negative emotion. Really opening ourselves up to diving in to the negative emotion gives us the full experience of what it means to be alive. I think that is ultimate happiness.
    When people aren't willing to feel negative emotion they give up on their goals. They stop trying to build their business. They have the glass of wine. They give up on their healthy diet.
    Many of us have learned how to resist emotion and avoid emotion for so long we’d literally don’t know how to feel.
    Knowing that you’re in a negative emotion and you’re experiencing it, and staying present with yourself, I do think is a sacred, wonderful experience and a skill that you can develop and really work on throughout your life.
