If he's 2 years behind on child support, TAKE HIM TO FREAKING COURT! He truly is the definition of a dead beat dad - knows it's his biological daughter and doesn't give two craps about her enough to even keep up with child supports payments. It doesn't matter if she's living a good financial life, he should do his duty and pay to help support the child he abandoned for another woman.
At times you are able to maintain a peaceful life by letting go of even the finances. I watch alot of ID &, it seems to me, that it is alimony, child support commitments that caused a number of spouses to murder their SO to escape the financial burdens
You're absolutely right. He should do his duty as a father and pay child support. Although according to some child custody laws, if you fail to contact a child within a year or more, you're probably going to given a termination of your parental rights, male or female. So he may very well be facing termination of his parental rights and maybe even charges for child abandonment as that's illegal.
@@PrincessQ-fj9ly she can move to sever parental rights but it’s not automatic. She can also let the debt for back support build up and it will never go away.
@@BusArch42 Oh really? That's news to me. I didn't know there was a process for someone to have their parental rights terminated. I just assumed it was automatic.
@@PrincessQ-fj9ly yes. At least in the USA you have to go to court to terminate parental rights. After two years there’s pretty fair odds the judge would grant it. However if the absentee parent showed to court and protested the judge would usually allow them a period of time to return to visitation and pay child support. When a parent is in jail and cannot pay support or visit their child, the guardian still has to go to court to terminate rights. Due to friends having foster children, I am sadly aware of the process.
Why in the world would she tell the woman that her second husband is unemployed? Divorce him and let that woman get married to him and find out the hard way.
Having a stay at home wife was always a privilege afforded to the wealthy. In fact the stay at home wives typically had servants. The women from poor families have always worked. After WW2, the birth of new factory jobs, raised the price of labor, so many families lost their servants, which lead to the stereotypes of the hard working stay at home wife, as the families struggled to maintain a rich image that they could no longer afford.
Well, April and Kelly do have something in common: bad taste in men. Granted, April rose up above the quagmire she had inadvertently fallen into and came up on top, while Kelly just sank deeper and deeper. That pedestal that she thought she was on proved nonexistent. 😂
That's always so weird with this story formula. In what world is "Oh, you stole my tenth husband from me, the one I married a couple of months after you stole the previous one? Gottcha! He's actually also a loser, haha, how dumb of you to fall for his lies and charm!" a serious, flex-worthy comeuppance? When April has her next wedding in a few months (and introduces yet another "father figure" to her daughter after a relatively short time), I'm sure the returning guests will place pets on how long this one will last.
I wouldn't say April has bad taste, more like bad luck. Kelly on the other hand is the one with questionable taste considering how she incites affairs.
In the Soap Opera World: April, realizing she is once again saddled with a deadbeat husband, found out where Kelly lived and moved there. After buying Simon a fancy suit and expensive watch she took him on long walks in the neighborhood trolling for Kelly. Sure enough Kelly took the bait freeing April from another one of her bad picks in husbands. 😁
David was the one who abandoned Rochelle and April for Kelly but when his life is so messed up and Kelly is ditching him , he comes back crying like a little baby what a total deadbeat and Kelly stole two husbands from April thinking that they are loaded with money 💴 but that’s not the case
Kelly really mucked herself up by stealing both of April's husbands thinking they're both rich, but ended up being total deadbeats. I don't blame Rochelle for not wanting to see David or remembering his face. And Simon behaves like a child. April paid for everything. Well, now Kelly has to work whether she wants to or not.
I kind of think she did! She asked to move in with April and share “their” money. She wasn’t having much luck with April’s spouses, why not go directly to the one with the money? 😂
I certainly lost track of all the daughters! At one time Kelly's daughter was David's, so she must be about four, and then it was said that the two women had their kids at the same time! Which would make them about 8 or 9?
I've never had a man cheat on me, but I've had met cheat WITH me. I did not know until after the fact that they were in relationships, though. They presented themselves as single and available. Both were pieces of sh*t, one in particular wanted me to lie to his pregnant fiancé. I did not lie.
Especially the fact you were walking on potential land mines. If the wives had found out you could have been sued for compensation like these stories. Lol, the fact that David got so butt hurt over his first daughter not wanting to see him was both very funny and interesting in his reaction. Why would any child want to get to know a parent who both abandoned them and whom they don't even remember?
Absolutely! She should send Kelly a fruit basket! If this is a true story in California, Kelly saved April a world of financial pain. I suspect the reason April didn’t divorce Simon is due to California’s “no-fault” divorce laws. If one spouse financially supported the other (and that person’s children) during the majority of the marriage, that spouse is on the hook for alimony. Even if the spouse was abusive or cheated on them. In this case, she might actually of had to pay child support for his kid too! But since he got remarried…😁 This actually happened to my mother (and almost to me as well). She had to pay alimony to man who quit work right after they got marriage and “became” to most violent, abusive psychopath I’ve ever laid eyes on. She was a waitress. You read that right. She had to pay alimony to her abuser! He’d actually done this 5 different times and then went on to do it other women! She eventually got custody of his son because he was so abusive and the boy’s mother was too afraid of her ex to fight for custody of her son. Having been in her position, I get it. My step father was the most evil person I’ve ever laid eyes on. To this day, I am more terrified of him than my former husband. And I almost didn’t get out of that marriage alive. Hopefully, April will find someone who will really love her and treat her (and her daughter) the way they deserves. If that’s what she wants.
