These are multi input terminals which can perform many function. You have to define their function in the manual and just make a connection!
Sir was the drive provides supply internally for the terminals 4&11 and pot ?instead for giving external supply

No you do not need a PLC. You can control the VFD with any controller or hard wired control

Please cleanup the sound , and if at all possible a native English speaker. The sing song lulaby of Indian accent is porrly recorded and annoyingly hard to understand. OK? PS not so many OK?s please.
