Preliminary test of Walter 1" cutter.

A preliminary test of the new Walter 1" cutter we purchased for machining some base plates we manufacture. This test was NOT under optimal conditions, nor was it the parts we intend to run it on, but was merely a test to check surface finish and machine load. There will be a follow up video under optimal conditions showing what the tool is truly capable of doing.

Thanks for sharing. I love watching video's like this, It will also help people decide if they will buy a cutter like this.
I got a Mitsubishi cutter just like the valenite and I can tell you I have yet to index the inserts out of the few hundred parts I cut with it !!!! Another great $$$ saving reason to get a cutter like this.
