Haas VF-2SS with Robot Loader

Our new 2022 Haas VF-2SS with Fanuc Robot Loader in action. This is one of the first videos we've made our new robot/vertical machining center cell. We are still in the very early stages of learning procedures and practices of getting this amazing piece of technology to work together, but things are progressing in a positive direction! What is the first tool?

That is a soft rubber mallet head. It drops down onto the blank in the vise and compresses slightly on the top of the piece. The vise then cycles open and close and it seats the piece onto the locating surface if for what ever reason it went into the vise not level.
