We was on the MSC seaside for 10/12. It was awesome. Everything you said was absolutely true. I learned a few things I didn’t see. Definitely will be going back.

Thanks for watching and glad you had a good time. We’re the same, 100% going back. We may try another one of their ships next time though!

YES IT'S REALLY THAT BAD!!!🤣🤣🤣 And that's not sarcasm! Everything about our 4 nights cruise that we started last week and ended yesterday morning was a ball of confusion. I will never cruise with them again because they lied about having an Italian chef on board, but don't know what Caprese Salad should look and taste like!🤣 The only thing great about their food are the less sugary deserts and the pizzas with actual cornicione on it. I'll stay with RCL...

Did you have to pay for umbrellas on the island?

    • @EverestTravels
      @EverestTravels  6 วันที่ผ่านมา

There are upgrades you can pay for, but for Umbrellas, we found a spot with one on the beach next to the dock at no charge. We were lucky… but if you leave the ship early, you’ll have a shot at finding a spot with umbrellas or shade. Thanks for watching and hope this helped :)

We are Celebrity Cruisers and are trying MSC for first time on 21 night Transatlantic cruise, Civitavecchia to Miami on Seaside. Reading reviews makes me nervous since they seem to be all over the place. Your take on Seaside is more positive. I hope our experience is similar to yours knowing a long transatlantic cruise it's a very different cruise compared to a short Caribbean cruise.

Leaving for 4 nights on Sunday (10/22). Hoping we have as good a time as you had! Was there a "formal night" for dining in the regular dining room? Do we need dress clothes or just something casual for the whole trip.

We went on a 3 night cruise, and during that short trip we didn’t have a ‘formal night’. However, I have heard that MSC is kind of lax when it comes to formal night guidelines… so as long as you don’t show up in a swimsuit and graphic tee, you’ll probably be good!
Enjoy your cruise and thank you for watching!

We just disembarked on Sunday and loved our 1st MSC cruise so much we have booked another 3 night on the Seashore and March 2025 on the Seashore! The ship is beautiful, the staff was attentive and friendly. We agree 100% on the lasagne and the pizza is the best on the seas! MSC has actually pushed Royal down a notch becoming our #2 cruise line after Celebrity.

Glad you had a great time! We’re looking into cruising on the seashore in the near future too! I hope you enjoy your trip and fingers crossed the lasagna is just as good! Thank you for watching!!!

Im going on the seaside in 2 weeks i was wondering when do they tell you your disembarkation time ? What time was yours ? I was a bit worried cus i booked a returning to airport shuttle at 830am and i only see ship arrival is 7am but i dont think thats disembarkation time
Also you said the main dining room menu changes daily and to check it out before going but is there a way to see the menu before going there and getting seated?
And you said you visited the main dining room for breakfast was there not a charge for that since they told me i had an assigned dinner time once a day? and what time does breakfast end in the dining room
Sorry for all the questions i reasearched a lot and couldnt find these things out id appreciate your input

      Hi Kelly, thanks for watching!
For disembarkation, we were given the time the night before. It was based on the room # we were in. We were on the 12th floor and our time was 9:40. We also checked our bags the night before so the crew would have them waiting for us off the ship when we left. If you don’t check bags, you could head over to the lineup earlier to try and get off the ship early.
For dining, there are large, interactive screens throughout the boat that allow you to check on the daily activity, weather… and dining room menu! You can use those to get a sneak peak at what’s been served that night.
For the dining room, you do have an assigned dinner time. That is their busiest/longest service e of the day, so they set it up like that to make sure everyone doesn’t arrive at once. They will turn you away if you arrive too early. However, breakfast is a lot less busy, and most people opt for the Buffet, so they don’t have set times. We just strolled right up when we wanted to eat and we’re served right away. In our latest vlog - MSC Ocean Cay Day 2 - we show you a bit of our experience at the breakfast service.
Hope that was helpful! Enjoy your cruise!
