YES, shameful tower. A building that had a giant spire attached to it, only to be 40 centimeters taller than the current tallest building in the EU at the time. The tower itself is good, 230 meters, but the spire of 80 meters made it the laughingstock of Europe. It looked so cheap. It turned out to be especially funny that Britain left the EU, and it was possible to build 50 meters lower, but honestly.
