I'D LOVE TO ECHO THIS! LOVE YOU MARK! Came home from work (not a shitty day, but kinda just exhausted) It definitely perks me up seeing your work again. It does not go unappreciated.
I'm so happy you're back. The first video I watched of yours was the CGR buys a Saturn video, that was 13 or 14 years ago. You've made a huge impact on my life, like starting my hobby of collecting retro consoles. Thank you, without you I'd never know about the Sega Saturn and it's awesome library
It's like my high school years all over again, coming home from school to see the newest CGR review. Now I'm coming home from work to see that Mark's uploading again. It's great to have you back Mark. You haven't missed a beat.
Mark, just know that you are loved my friend! This was an exceptionally hard day for me. I was seriously pushed to my limits in some ways, and I'm 42 so I've seen some life at this point. These reviews actually bring me some real joy, and we all know how rare that is in todays world.
This doesn't even feel Real. Last time I saw you I was in High School not knowing what I was gonna be, afraid of the future with your videos as an escape to smile and chill to. Now I have a 4 year old, great Wife and am better than I ever thought I could be. Amazing to have you back Mark. You're a legend.
This man's sense of delivery and ad libbed reviews is just getting more and more natural with time! It's like he never took time off from reviewing video games
I am glad you are back Mark. Don't stress yourself too much with these videos. Don't push yourself. Do them in your leisure and free time don't make it a focus. Just enjoy what you do.
From one brother in the creative struggle to another, listening to your reviews now makes me want to simply say, "Your hate has made you powerful." LOL. We are Elated you are back. You are indeed the reason my team and I make TH-cam stuff today!
@@hdestotallyunoriginalgamin3555 Thank you for taking time out of your day to say something kind. We sometimes have no idea how much of a positive impact this has on our lives. Bless you!
Two of my favrorite racing games from the past few years have been Wreckfest and Horizon Chase Turbo. I would definitely love to see you review these two! So glad that CGR is back !!!
Bro! I watched you’re videos always back in the day and was still looking your channel up to rewatch reviews all the time and today I find out there are new reviews! Omg I’m so happy. I missed your amazing voice and laid back reviews
Finally you're back bro. I really miss your intro: "Vanished from Earth Classic game room broadcast from intergalactic arcade on it's never ending mission to review everything!."
"I don't remember the last Dirt game that I reviewed. Was it Dirt 2? ...Dirt 3? A spinoff in the middle there somewhere? I- I don't know.... Playstation 3? ...What year is this?" 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 I can't even begin to explain how much I relate to these sentiments, lmao
Hey mark, long time no see! Glad to have you back. I love people hating on this game. It's like people ordering pizza expecting stake and getting mad because they get pizza. Dirt 5 is an awesome pizza, but an awful stake.
I’m happy you went back to your original format. This channel was literally a part of my childhood, and was part of what introduced me to many games and becoming a collector.
Mark, you praised Dirt 3 over a decade ago. You should go back and play Dirt 4. The stylistic changes between 4 and 5 are enormous. Dirt 4 is all about rally racing on long stages with semi-simulation physics and there are no extreme menus. I guess the developers wanted to differentiate the Dirt and Dirt Rally series so they made this one into a pure arcade racer.
For the worse, I'd say. I was really disappointed by Dirt 5, though I do love Dirt Rally 2.0, but really miss the kind of in-between Dirt 4 offered. Also loved the auto-generated tracks, really kept me on my toes. It's de-listed on game pass and isn't available digitally anymore :C
The 2008 to 2011 CGR reviews were my personal favs, and driving games are Mark’s best genre to review so this one was great to see! I had a good time with DiRT 5, though I still massively prefer the slightly more simcade approach the first three went with.
I missed this "reviews" end up just being random rambles about something else. It's good to have you, Mark! Any chance you'll check out the indie game scene? There's a lot of games inspired by classic games!
I enjoyed Dirt 5, it was a free game one month on PS5, and I enjoy it for quick pick up and play between other major game nights. and the feedback on the controller with the trigger buttons is pretty incredible!
I love Dirt 5. Been playing it a lot on the Steam Deck. Just straightforward arcade racing fun. I think it was the last game by the old Evolution studios. Technically they merged with Codemasters but I think it was mostly the same team. It does feel like it could be an offroad Driveclub at times.
The big difference between this and trying to play Sega Rally on the Saturn at 320x240 resolution, is that after 30 years of advances in HD graphics and televisions it's now much harder to see what's going on.
As a long time fan of Gran Turismo like you, I'm interested to see a review of GT7 to hear your thoughts on it. Just glad to see CGR reviews back regardless!
Legendary review. Just from the footage I can tell that you played through much more of the game than the "professional" reviewers did on launch. So automatically your thoughts have more credibility! For the record: the handling model is *really* dumbed down from the Dirt 2/3 era. Those games are sims by comparison. I really love those games (still play them) and the ultra simplified handling model in D5 wrecked the game for me. It'd be great for someone's first "rally" driving style game or anyone who isn't that into racing games and just wants a simple arcade racer.
Stoked to see you still kickin' it, Mark!! Love your synthwave stuff too, gonna start gaming to it. If you like DIRT 5, you should check out Forza Motorsport 7, the last game before Forza Horizon 4 came out. It's one of the finest racing games I've played.
All hail Lord Karnage I'll say it again so glad to see Mark back Used to watch your reviews all the time years back ! and loved Undertow as well good times
Dude I'm still playing Dirt 2 with the same wheel & pedals that I used to play the first Midtown Madness with in 2000. It's mind-blowing how good Dirt 2 still looks and plays to this day. And it runs amazingly on my wife's super cheap laptop. Codemasters really are the masters of code... And you, Mark, are the master of comfortable, humorous game reviews. :D
One of the things I love about that game is the way the whole ridiculous bro-festival vibe of the framing (they have their own aircraft carrier?) and party atmosphere contrasts with the way that these are death races where everybody dies brutally within minutes. I like to imagine that it's the end of days and they're having a massive suicide party.
It's so great to have you back, Mark.
I'D LOVE TO ECHO THIS! LOVE YOU MARK! Came home from work (not a shitty day, but kinda just exhausted) It definitely perks me up seeing your work again. It does not go unappreciated.
This episode felt so much like the past episodes. Glad you still got it and am excited for more Mark Classicgameroom
dude the new intro makes me missing my childhood of intro stock music and squirrel logo and scratch dj sound of the 2011 schtick
Always watching your vids but rarely commenting, is so nice to have you back in your mission to review EVERYTHING!

My nostalgia bone is tickling, I love this man. Thank you for bringing it back.
2018 is where the first time listening to an old retro reviews with a sweet voice...
it's so uncanny how much of a call back this review is to the early 2008-2011 era of CGR, I love it so much omg
and I am having flashbacks of middle school and 2008 when I started watching your vids. Glad to see you back!
When the world needed him most.
He came back.
Welcome back, thank you. This is awesome. Never missed a beat. More Truckston.
Still can’t believe that this is real, welcome back Mark!!!!!
Different year but still the same great Mark. I’m really glad he came back.
I know everyone has said it but man, it feels so good to see Mark back again. CGR's videos have always felt like the best comfort food to me.
So happy our childhood hero has returned !!
Truly, the old legend has returned
Now this is some vintage TH-cam, review from Classic gameroom. Welcome back Mark !
I completed this game from the gamepass.
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I love that.

I think we would all like to see some new Sega CD and Saturn reviews.
Man this is awesome to see you here again! Looking forward to your great videos.
Classic Game Room is back! Is like it never went away, 2009 again! In a good way, thanks Mark don't go away again
Just found out that you were uploading again. Love these. Thank you!
You are my childhood Mark, watching felt like it's 2013 all over again
Classic Game Room being back is one of the best things that thave happened this year!

I am glad you are back Mark. Don't stress yourself too much with these videos. Don't push yourself. Do them in your leisure and free time don't make it a focus. Just enjoy what you do.
This is my favorite new episode so far. Loved you going into detail about R/C. Good stuff.

Great to see CGR reviews again. Thanks Mark.
Man, I missed these! Best reviews ever.
Makes me so happy seeing Mark reviewing games again, feels me with so much nostalgia. ❤
What a time to be alive! CGR IS BACK! ❤❤❤
What time to be alive ... I never thought, that something as good as this could happen anymore in this world - its great to hear you Mark!
Mark is back from intergalactic time travel to save us from volcano-less RC car racing!
Two of my favrorite racing games from the past few years have been Wreckfest and Horizon Chase Turbo.
I would definitely love to see you review these two!
So glad that CGR is back !!!
You were always the best thing on TH-cam. Even though the site doesn't deserve you, I'm very glad you're making videos again.
Duuuude this is just like old times. Been subbed forever and it's great to have your insight, opinions, and wit when reviewing a game
Mark you are back! I missed the reviews so much.. thank you!

I missed ya mark, soo happy to have you back
I hope this channel grows back to its former glory
Anyone asking "why is he halfway through the review and hasn't talked about the game" is obviously new to Classic Game Room. Welcome!
Haha I love this review, so glad you're making video game reviews again Mark!
Glad that you’re back Mark. We’ve missed ya.

Nice Kyosho. I still have RCs including Kyosho and Tamiya cars.
Hey mark, long time no see! Glad to have you back.

Dirt 5 is an awesome pizza, but an awful stake.

Damn, I still remember your Einhander Review 2 parter. Epic video as always.
The best reviewer on the internet! Greetings from 🇨🇱

Don’t know if you read these Mark but would love to see a review of Gran Turismo 7!
The best game review ever, after the Vectron review that is.
CGR is back! This world is finally healing
I’m glad you rebranded back mark! Loved CGR since like 06
It's very fascinating to have Mark serenade my ear holes yet again.
good to see you back :))
Making one of the most epic game review channels of the past decade is what you were doing. Glad you finally realized it.
The 2008 to 2011 CGR reviews were my personal favs, and driving games are Mark’s best genre to review so this one was great to see! I had a good time with DiRT 5, though I still massively prefer the slightly more simcade approach the first three went with.
i love how 2008 mark voice looks so depressed when he talks about sega genesis game outrun and gran turismo 4 game on youtube with an old layout
I missed this "reviews" end up just being random rambles about something else. It's good to have you, Mark! Any chance you'll check out the indie game scene? There's a lot of games inspired by classic games!

When did this channel go back to game reviews? Feels like traveling back in time.
I love Dirt 5. Been playing it a lot on the Steam Deck. Just straightforward arcade racing fun. I think it was the last game by the old Evolution studios. Technically they merged with Codemasters but I think it was mostly the same team. It does feel like it could be an offroad Driveclub at times.
great way to spend ten mins of a Thursday night. cheers mark

Welcome back brother!🍻❤️🥃
Glad to have u back.
Welcome back man! We missed you.
Yeah, I’m stoked about him returning, but this is almost a parody of itself rather than a review. I love it.
I played dirt 5 and enjoyed it, it is what it is, and for what it is it’s fun.
Legendary review. Just from the footage I can tell that you played through much more of the game than the "professional" reviewers did on launch. So automatically your thoughts have more credibility!

I can’t believe you’re back! 🤯
This is exactly what I want from a review XD
Great to see another adherent to the "go into the corner too hot and bounce off the other cars" technique.
Loving this. Hail to the king baby !
Love you Mark, thanks for returning
I know many don’t like it, but it’s one of my favorite arcade racers. Looks great and is a lot of fun.
