Well I watched the video too. My firmware was updated though through mobile app only. Oh man it is such a common pain for many people. Thank you for helping out. You can add reset as solution too. I did it from laptop after downloading the recordings.

When nothing works do a firmware update and if that doesn't work either, performing a factory reset on the transmitter with the help of rode central software will definitely do the trick (it did for me).

you need to hold both buttons at the bottom fro 3 seconds, then it will be recording both sides

I bought this microphone .. I lent it to my friend .. He discovered that the audio signal had disappeared from both microphones... I tried more than once to fix the error .. I'm out of patience .. I finally gave up and bought another wireless microphone .. Then I tried once to fix the error .. I called the company and they told me they would send me an update .. I did the update more than once ... But I failed .. I found out that the signal sent from both microphones does not arrive .. I watched this video ... And I discovered that when you start calling on the first microphone, you have to press two presses on the number one microphone twice, as this lady says to call, and it did, and the miracle happened that the signal worked ... And so I did by connecting to the microphone ٢ and I pressed twice the world of microphone 2 and the signal came and so I got a stereo signal by the work of the two microphones .. All thanks to you and appreciation .. After suffering and I put this microphone on sale after I ran out of patience, but now I have changed my mind and decided to keep it .. All respect

Mere receiver ke screen meh mic one connected he aur mic 2 connect toh ho gaya he apke trick se par signal nahi ara he aur 2nd mic meh ek mic ka icon bana ara he usmeh diagonal cross sign dikha raha he? Please kuch bataye
