    • @oniyaki
      @oniyaki  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi! you need to swap the Bms ( battery management system ) from old battery to new one you want to place. So you can have same wires. Blue wire is needed for the Motherboard to talk with the battery ( to check Temperature, cicles and other things ). Don't forget to like and subscribe if it was helpful! Have a nice day!

    Hi ,, can you tell me about change the bms from old battery to new battery

    • @oniyaki
      @oniyaki  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      HI! simply the BMS, battery side, is connected to the positive pole and the negative pole. These 2 connections must be unsoldered and then re-soldered on the new battery being careful to respect the positive and negative pole on the appropriate connectors. And that's it! don't forget to like and subscribe if it was helpful!

    • @oniyaki
      @oniyaki  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Unfortunately, at the moment original battery replacement can't be found, but you can use the battery of Apple Watch series 3 42mm ( ebay.us/t2cuNG ) it have more juice and fit very well inside the case. You need to swap the bms ( charger circuit ) from the original to the new one. I hope it was helpful! let me know if you fixed it! Don't forget to like and subscribe if it was helpful ;)

      @@oniyaki hello, can you elaborate on how to modify the apple watch connectors to fit the rode, or perhaps even show the process?

    • @oniyaki
      @oniyaki  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@kuchesezik hi! Sure...you need to desolder the bms ( battery management system...) from the old Rode battery, take out the bms from the Apple watch battery, and solder the one from Rode, to new battery. Clearly you have to solder the 3 wires from bms, in the same place on the Rode motherboard, and the positive pad bms, with positive pad from new battery. And negative pad with negative pad of course.
