My wife, six kids, and I will be making a road trip from Los Angeles California to Knoxville this coming summer (2025) to experience the area firsthand. Life for us here as traditional conservatives has become burdensome.
Some of my extended family has already moved to Knoxville and they rave about it. Very much looking forward to checking out. The area looks very beautiful.

Home prices ARE becoming more expensive than New England. The homes are way over priced.

23 year old entrepreneural professional digital business owner here. I like quiet area, with trees and close access to nature but also close commute to bussiness centre for banks. Wanting to start my own health care holding company here. Where in Knoxville would be a good place for me to start? If not Knoxville, do you recommend against Franklin? Nashville is too overcrowded for my needs. Looking for more of that. Nothing woke

My family made the big move to TN from WA but not sure Memphis is where I want to be. I think We are renting until I finish school. I'll have to take a road trip down there to see what it feels like for sure. But I've heard good things.

@@michelleoli4201 I think you will find it to be an improvement. Lakes, mountains, clean, safe and just a great place to live honestly

Interesting choice to list freedom of gun ownership as a top 5 highlight of a city. 😳😅
