    2,200 steps? I’ll wait here 😂
Okay, I googled the park to find out how it got its name. I’ll share the part that I’m hoping doesn’t violate the TH-cam community guidelines or whatever it’s called….
    * The place name "Dildo" is attested in this area since at least 1711, though how this came to be is unknown. *
There’s lots more but I’ll leave that for the truly curious to find on their own. It’s not hard
to find. Parts of what I read had me laughing so hard I’m in pain. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Hahaha oh my goodness, thanks so much for sharing this, it had us in stitches, laughing. It is definitely a unique name and as you will see in future video's, Newfoundland is full of interestingly named places.

I used to live in Kings point and the Alexander Murray trail was something I've done many times in school. It's a beautiful place with beautiful weather and people

One of my favorite trials. However if you choose to go right at the fork, it's much easier on the legs.

Very cool trail with all those stairs and waterfall. Cant imagine the upkeep on that boardwalk.

Your not wrong, the one broken board we showed in the video was one of the very few, the rest were in very good to almost new condition. An impressive amount of work went into constructing this trail.

Awesome!, hiked it many times and even worked on the trail years ago doing maintenance.

Oh neat! We are so inspired to have heard from so many people who have helped maintain Newfoundland's trails.

@@Tents.and.Timber No never! But my family and I are moving back to Newfoundland at the end of June so maybe it warrants a visit! We've lived away from the island for a long time due to my husbands work, so all visits back were family visits but now we have time to check out the places we
      haven't been to yet, :)

ALERT ALERT.. . .there's more to Newfoundland than Gros Morne and Sin Jawns. Typical. At least the missus pronounced Newfoundland correctly. I guess buddy must be American. 🤣🤣🤣
