Great job explaining things to do in Algonquin Park. Love your showing of difficulties of each trails 👏👍😀. Thank you! I will be returning for a 7 nights star in a Yurts.
Looks absolutely beautiful and I love some themed merchandise! The lake looks great. Would love to see a moose! Would love to do do the hike! The forest looks amazing! Thank you for all the info and the warning about the Cliff!
I live just south of here! And I haven't been in ages! I need to go back for a visit. Thanks for sharing this wonderful video!! It's still so very beautiful!
@@EmmVentures Yes you should visit for the fall colours if the trees still have leaves! I'm sure it's beautiful in the winter too though - I'd love to try snowshoeing there.
Yes it's massive!! So much to see and do. I was impressed with the amenities, though of course everything was marked up because of the location and limited options.
@TheAverageTourist I just went from west gate to Whitney and back today. First time since I was little. I felt an energy about this park...A beauty. Magical. I want to go back tomorrow but it is a lot of driving and I wanna rest lol. So happy to live in Ontario.
This was my favourite video yet. My favourite attraction is actually Booths Rock, I highly recommend you guys do it all one day when you are more prepared. I have a photo of the view from the top beside my bed. It’s a full day event because as you know it’s also like 30 minutes off highway 60 haha.
Thanks so much! Oh wow - that sounds great! We tend to stick to moderate and easy trails as my husband has a very bad knee. And at the end of that weekend we were totally hiked out. Maybe in the future we can prep and try it.
Really nice-looking Provincial Park. I love the shot of the 3 deer crossing the river. You are really getting use of your new trailer. Another great job of reviewing the park. Hopefully we will get to meet up one day in a Provincial Park. Take care.
It was so cool to see the deer. We tooknthe trailer out almost every weekend this summer. It was a blast. Yeah, our paths may cross at a park one day 🙌
Wow! I think this park has the most to do out of all the parks you visited in Ontario so far. Seeing a moose is a goal for us as well. Sorry you couldn't see one this trip. Loving the autumn colors peaking through in the landscape though. So tell the truth, are you officially addicted to camping now? Cause it looks like it!
Haha yes - totally addicted to camping and so sad that we are putting the trailer into storage for the winter - we aren't brave enough to take it winter camping. This park was the best park for sure!
We have provincial parks and then national parks. This one is a provincial park - but Ontario has a few national parks like Point Pelee, Bruce Peninsula and more!
Thanks alot for the video. We are planning next week. Your video is of a great help. Could you please share which is the location for Animal spotting across highway 60? Bcz i cant see that in the map of Algonquin.
You can spot animals pretty much anywhere its just a luck of them being there when you are. We didn't see any moose on our visits but some beavers near the beaver pond trail.
Congratulations! I'd do the beaver pond and whiskey rapids trails. And go to the Algonquin Logging museum. Those are all fairly easy. Lookout Trail and Booths rock are more challenging but good trails too.
Arguably the best backcountry trip of any kind in Ontario has to be the La Cloche Silhouette Trail backpacking loop in Killarney Provincial Park. Have a look at any photos of Killarney, but the most attractive section is at the back, in the middle of the trip.
Next week I’ll be traveling to Toronto for few days to experience touristic places and the main reason for traveling this time is to see the Fall colors (coming from the Caribbean, I’ve never experienced that), do you think this is a place to experience that? I don’t know how to get there. Is it too far from the city?
I don't see people in any of the places you showed... are they just like that most of the time? It's summer now, supposedly there are lots of people in popular tourist attractions.
We were there in September and it wasn't very busy because it was a very cold weekend. In peak summer season and around the fall when the leaves are changing, it can get really busy.
Hello, I am a student of the Department of Architecture from Taiwan. I am now working on a ROOTS clothing store design. I want to know if I can use some clips in the video to make my Roots clothing store introduction video? (Only about 20 seconds,Scenery part only) Thank you 🙏
For camping yes, for day use I think you can purchase online up to 5 days in advance or take a chance to purchase when you arrive. It gets very busy and sells out on weekends and when the leaves change colour in the fall.
Thanks for checking out my video!! Have you been to Algonquin? If so what's your favourite attraction?
Can we say all of it? Hahaha, this is definitely one of our favourite places to visit.
The 3 day whitewater canoe trip down the Petawawa River between Lake Travers and McManus Lake is definitely deserving of its fame.
Great job explaining things to do in Algonquin Park. Love your showing of difficulties of each trails 👏👍😀. Thank you! I will be returning for a 7 nights star in a Yurts.
Thanks very much! Hope you enjoy your stay in the Yurt!
Glad I got recommended your Channel and I can't wait to watch more from you

Thank you very much! I appreciate it 🙌
Heck yes! Great video!
thanks!! :)
Looks absolutely beautiful and I love some themed merchandise! The lake looks great. Would love to see a moose! Would love to do do the hike! The forest looks amazing! Thank you for all the info and the warning about the Cliff!
It is an incredible park! Definitely recommend for nature lovers. Tons of hikes to cliffs there 😬
The video and all what you guys doing are great.
I will look forward to more awesome videos.
Have a wonderful week
Thank you very much! Already booking camping for 2023 :)
Looks amazing. What I love about this campgrounds is they're so well shaded
Yes they were super shady, and I loved Pog Lake with the tall pines 🥰

Wow, what a majestic place! This place is insanely beautiful, especially lakes! Simply beautiful presentation!
There is so much beautiful scenery here - and lots to see and do!
Liked the trails in the park. Nice place to spend time.
It's a great place to explore.
Such a beautiful place and awesome job in capturing it. As always, beautiful video!
Thanks so much!! This park was amazing.
@@TheAverageTourist Came back for another round of watch :)
That park seem huge. The beaver dam area does look peaceful. Its nice to see so many stores offering amenities in the park
Yes it's massive!! So much to see and do. I was impressed with the amenities, though of course everything was marked up because of the location and limited options.
Excellent job, We were at Pog lake on the 8th to 12th of September. Truly love the hikes.
Thank you!! An awesome park, I hope to return.
Thanks for the video. Tomorrow I will be in Algonquin Park! Very helpful to plan our visit 👍🌳⛺🌲
Have a great time!
Great. Views and well put together
thanks so much!
I've never been but would love to go or day! Beautiful footage 😍
It's my favourite park so far!
W❤️W! Stunning! Cheers for more awesome and incredible globetrotting adventures!🥂❤️✨

Great video Sara!
Thank you!! 😊
I love that there are so many trails in this park!
The art gallery really surprised me. You had the cutest tour guide 🐕😍
You guys would probably love the difficult trails here!
@@TheAverageTourist i think you are right 😁
Can definitely see why you enjoyed staying at this park, so much to do! Love the trails 🤗
Your misty lake shots are so beautiful 😍
Thanks so much! It's beautiful scenery here for sure.
Your videos are very informative. Thanks for sharing.❤
Thanks! Glad they can be helpful.
New sub here. Thank you for this video. I really enjoyed it very much 😊

@elizabethj8917 Definitely a lot of driving! And each time you go through it's an adventure and you can see something new.
Absolutely amazing and lovely travel vlog 😍🤩 watching this on a weekend made me more jealous as am home, did not go out, cheers . Love from India ❤️
Thanks so much! We really enjoyed this park 😍
There is an overwhelming amount of things to do there!
Yes, there are so many options to choose from!!
What a beautiful place 😍
We loved it there :)

Happy to! 🙌
Thanks for such detailed information. Taking guests from UK there. Any suggestions as to base town to rent cottage?
It's a great area to explore. Maybe Huntsville? It's fairly close and has amenities.
Hey… thanks for your response. Just looked up some real nice cottages in Huntsville…👍🏻👍🏻
I'm always in for a beautiful sunrise!
I went for a canoe trip in Algonquin Park. I thought it was a national park. Is that the same?

@@TheAverageTourist Cool!! what lake is that which has fog on it? That looks so beautiful.
The equipment store prices are really good, basically the same price you pay if you ordered off amazon.
Hi again. Finally found a cottage in Halliburton. Plan to go to Algonquin park for a day. What trails would you recommend?
Congratulations! I'd do the beaver pond and whiskey rapids trails. And go to the Algonquin Logging museum. Those are all fairly easy. Lookout Trail and Booths rock are more challenging but good trails too.
What do you think the best hiking area near Ontario is? this place looks nice for sure
I'm pretty new to all of this hiking, but this area has tons of hiking and lots of hiking outside of the park nearby.
Arguably the best backcountry trip of any kind in Ontario has to be the La Cloche Silhouette Trail backpacking loop in Killarney Provincial Park. Have a look at any photos of Killarney, but the most attractive section is at the back, in the middle of the trip.
Logging Museum is at the East Gate, not the Visitor Centre.

I don’t know how to get there. Is it too far from the city?
It's quite the distance from Toronto, at least 3+ hours, and you would need a car to drive around.
Hi! How many days do you think it long enough to cover almost of the activities there?
I would say at least 4 days
❤❤❤
Are there any facilities for those who do not having camping gear to sleep in overnight?
They have cabins I believe. Or you could stay at a motel or lodge nearby.
I don't see people in any of the places you showed... are they just like that most of the time? It's summer now, supposedly there are lots of people in popular tourist attractions.

Hi, mine is a silly question, do we have cell phone signals in this park, you are definitely lovely couple .,
Thank you 😊 we had good cell signal the whole time throughout the park actually.
@@TheAverageTourist thanks
How many days should one plan for Algonquin?
I'd say at least 3 nights personally

I'm going next summer to canada its a 13 hour flight the plane has to cross the Atlantic ocean I'm from the medditarian
Hello can we travel to Bermuda Island we are an Iraqi 🇮🇶tourist it is very beautiful❤️😍💔

Jesus Christ you talk more about the stores and the boring tourist shit, just show us more views of the beautiful sights, the trails, and scenery.
