      If you make a TH-cam video you act happy regardless especially when you are promoting a product of any kind and btw magnesium can work wonders for those who need it.
      I was deficient and now I am a God. You shall address me as such. My girlfriend said the guy who made this video is sexy.
      She's 23 and likes hot dads I should know since I am her father. Not her real father just so that's clear as a crystal ball, not meth which is bad for you. Do magnesium!

      @Midwest.. I usually take 2 capsules which is 200 mg. But I cut back to 1 (100 mg) cause I was tired & sleepy the next day

    Love my magnesium glycinate ❤ I won’t be without it.
    Took 200mg tonight before bed I have my period coming up so I’m cramping a bit but I love magnesium it relaxes me more than a prescribed benzo by my Dr. And I rather take magnesium anyways.

      @@commentscopyrightattorney5543hey I have just bought a new pack as I’m getting off Valium. I’ll let you know as I’ll be taking mine instead of Valium to keep me calm. Just buy magnesium glycinate especially if you have anxiety stress etc. try it out.
      Also before bed you can take them they’ll help relax you.
      For now I’m taking mine during the day to stay calm. And if I need more I’ll take some before bed etc. but yeah start low and see how you go.

    Magnesium glycinate isn't supposed to cause loose bowel movements like the citrate, but I can confirm as of today that if you take enough, it will in fact cause loose bowel movements. I normally take a 500mg cap every morning and haven't had any problems, but just this morning I took another 500mg cap later in the morning just to see if there is any noticeable difference. Then I went to Target to do a little shopping and while I was there, I came sssooooooo close to losing on a 50/50. I made it home and cleared the problem effortlessly, but that could have gone way worse.
    If you take magnesium supplements and decide to play around at the higher side of dosing, don't gamble like I did. Your odds aren't the same as normal.

    Magnesium is used in the enzyme that produces ATP, the energy molecule, so it kinda makes sense that EVERYTHING improves once one has enough Mg. I cant believe how many years I've been running suboptimally. Sometimes it's just not possible to get and digest enough Spinach.

      @@nikitaw1982 Slow Mag is best but there are two types oxalate and citrate and I can't remember which one is the best, some cheaper brands don't absorb very well. We have been switching over to NOW brand supplements because they are family owned and not owned by Black Rock or Cargill like so many now days.

      @@josephr.8622 thank you. I heard on the radio a few years ago people who take long term glucosamine chondroiten have lower rates of heart attacks. I"m taking MagGlycinate and sleep seems a lot better.

    Yep, some good shit. Me: adhd autism bipolar and overall awesome. Started mag. G.. recently. Helps to sleep and just get to sleep a challenge with my audhd😛 also weirdly enough i had developed the drooping smile crap several years ago, depressing. Due to muscle tightness like by cheekbones nose apparently. Boom the m.g. relaxed those muscles now i got my smile back incredible. Me very happy user of some supplements.

    I've started taking this due to disturbed sleep . I'm 62 and had a complete hysterectomy 8 weeks ago.
    My doctor wouldn't comment! 😮(he didn't prescribe which was his concern)I take MG 320mgs per day😢but my pharmacist said it was ok😅. X

    Trying out glycinate because the oxide the doctor gave was crap again my constant feelings of being on edge all the time.. started today at 90 mg I hope I improve

    Magnesium glycinate has been the best supplement I've ever taken, I had really bad heart palpitations again and had no idea along with irritability and anxiety, after a week I can already tell the difference, I was about to be put on an antidepressant, and I started actually feeling at peace, a glimmer of happiness and lowered feelings of anhedonia

    I take magnesium glycinate 500mg at bedtime and 4 capsules of magnesium malate in the morning for fibromyalgia (6 capsules are 425mg) and am eating a carnivore diet. Im not sure how much magnesium is too much but im not where I want to be with energy or the anxiety i have.

    My cardiologist put me on mag oxide twice a day, and i have several gastrointestinal problems. I had a lab draw six months later and it was still on the low end, but not critical and she said oh well some people just stay low. I eat salad like crazy, and i bought some magnesium malate but just started taking this, so im not sure if its going to work, and i still have the leg cramping like i did when i was diagnosed with afib! Hopefully this magnesium malate works idk.

    What about magnesium malate? I've read it gives you energy instead of putting you to sleep like the other types of magnesium.

      I like magnesium maleate as well. I actually take a tri- magnesium supplement call OptiMag Neuro that includes it as well as magnesium -l threonate and magnesium glycinate

      I am not a doctor, but I've read that magnesium and potassium compete for absorption. It is best to take them at different times of the day. Please verify this claim before believing it.

    Do you know if you can take magnesium bis-glycinate with L-tryptophan with B6 together to sleep. I was not sure because they are both amino acids (as far as I understand) and didn’t know if they would conflict with each other.

      B6 can sometimes be a bit stimulating due to the uptake of glucose. Depending on your diet it may or may not affect you.

    I was using Citrate for constipation and I believe it may have contributed to an acute bout of gastritis. So now I'm at a loss because it(citrate) did help w/constipation. So in general terms , could Magnesium glycinate help with constipation?

      Magnesium is well known to cause diarrhea, regardless of the salt. In fact, magnesium is indicated for constipation because of this adverse effect. If you cannot tolerate the loose stools despite common diarrhea remedies, consider if you really need to continue magnesium.

    I think the citrate works better. More relaxing, and think it helps with good pressure.
    Just bought a bottle of Bed bisglycinate and didn't feel right ..I just bought a small bottle of citrate to see. And I can't afford the extra cost now and terrified I won't have it in the future. Someone got my monthly check . More anxiety.. more than anxiety.. terror.
