mindstorm might be my favourite supe in the show so far. His powers are sick, I love the way his eyes look when he puts butcher into a coma. I wish he had more screen time in the show before soldier boy got him

@@alexfilma16 In old black noir's memory of when they took on soldier boy, mindstorm was only able to temporarily stun him. I assume it would be the same with homelander and other really powerful supes.

Gunpowder’s super power should be best described as bullet bender as he can do the impossible with bullets. Like how cyclops or captain America have spacal awareness
Mindstorm isn't an instant win though,
In Noir flashback when Payback fights SB, we see Mindstorm use his abilities on him and yet Soldier Boy was not going down
that's because soldier boy is built different.
He was definitely not just brushing it off like he does everything else though, and mind-fuck as a power is one that the more you succumb to it, the harder it gets to fight back against.
If he got held down and Mindstorm could just stare him down point blank and he couldn’t look away, I wonder how long he would last.

Good list. One thing, Solider Boy’s main power is his strength and durability, not just strength.
Do Gen V next
Under Temp V, Butcher has approximately same durability as SB and Homelander.
However, Mindstorm succeeded in putting to sleep only Butcher while he was under Temp V, while in BN flashback he only temporarily stunned SB.
Probably SB has more durability or different supes have different mental durability

You should make one that mixes this list with the seven list, plus kimiko and other non associated supes. Maybe do a Gen v list too.

Iron Man gets smoked by homelander up until he gets the Nano suit. Homelanders just too fast he could fly right through him. People give Iron Man way too much credit.
I think soldier boy could solo his entire team if they dont novachak gas.
Gunpowder is basically Hawkeye so where would you rank Hawkeye? Noir and soldier boy are the only members of payback that would give most supes a problem. Before the boys season 4 finale I'ld say mindstorm was up there but Newman got killed in 10 seconds by a couple tentacles so even gunpowder could just shoot mindstorms eyes out, if not kill him cause soldier boy sent a knife into his head so doesn't seem super durable. As tough and combative as noir is soldier boy tossed him around like a rag doll. And that was before the v-roasting blast.
