Under Temp V, Butcher has approximately same durability as SB and Homelander. However, Mindstorm succeeded in putting to sleep only Butcher while he was under Temp V, while in BN flashback he only temporarily stunned SB. Probably SB has more durability or different supes have different mental durability

I definitely wouldn’t say maeve has equal fighting skill to noir. Only reason she beat him was with a sneaky headlock and forcing him to have an allergic reaction

Two quick corrections. 1) Apparently, Black Noir killed Terror, although Jack from Jupiter was blamed. 2) The Deep doesn't assault Starlight, although the other men on The Seven do.

I'm only 4 episodes in at season 4 but so far, sister sage doesn't appears to be superhumanly smart at all. It's easy to write dumb characters, but smart characters are harder as they need smart writers

Don't forget the superhuman intelligence of The Deep

Butcher killing Jack from jupiter doesn't really show jack being weak as butcher can basically solo any supe. Homelander and by extension Noir are the only two who might give butcher some difficulty but we see him soloing payback in the comics all by himself

Why wasn’t Stormfront in the flashbacks ? Isn’t she supossed to be Thor? also she did meet and together with Solider-boy founded Hero-Gasm.

I would put The Deep above Starlight and Lamplighter for sure. As big of a joke as The Deep is, he bodied Starlight in that fist fight a couple episodes ago before A Train saved her. And he is also stated to be able to withstand the pressure of the Mariana Trench which is an insane feat. A Train is higher than all 3 tho

Gunpowder is basically Hawkeye so where would you rank Hawkeye? Noir and soldier boy are the only members of payback that would give most supes a problem. Before the boys season 4 finale I'ld say mindstorm was up there but Newman got killed in 10 seconds by a couple tentacles so even gunpowder could just shoot mindstorms eyes out, if not kill him cause soldier boy sent a knife into his head so doesn't seem super durable. As tough and combative as noir is soldier boy tossed him around like a rag doll. And that was before the v-roasting blast.

1 more fact about stormfront is she cant age....which is an insanely powerful power that nobody seems to have She is basically immortal...if not beaten to death by homelander..

In the.comics superpowers and compound V are somewhat more common

1. Homelander 2. A-Train. He literally blitzes everyone other than homelander and other speedsters. Homelander can fly at comparable speeds, so he must have relative reaction time. 3. Queen Maeve. Only stated to be second to homelander because of his bias. She’s not beating A-Train if we’re being realistic here. If we want to act like the writers are writing the show, then A-Train would somehow get his fist grabbed after he punched her 😂. Like how Omni-Man killed Red Rush. 4. Black Noir 5. Stormfront. She emits lightning, but she’d still get blitzed by a-train if she hasn’t already emited her lightning 😂. This should be common sense. If you have super speed, and you move faster than someone can pull a trigger, then it doesn’t matter if their gun can kill you, they can’t use it idiot 🤣. 6. Starlight. We literally saw her lose to A-Train by a landslide. He did not need the extra V to defeat her. He needed it to completely demolish her. Without it, he’d still destroy her, as just like stormfront, she could easily be blitzed before her powers are even emited. Also, her attacks are freaking plasma not light speed freaking lasers. This should be common sense 😂. If it moved at the speed of light, it would be invisible, as it moves at the same speed, of the light that it emits. Her attacks are clearly shown lighting up the room in the A-Train fight, and as we know, her beams were moving in slow motion, thus they aren’t moving at light speed. She can also legitimately fly now. It’s unlikely she’d stand a chance against A-Train even with the amp, unless it increased her reaction time. Because just because you have a bigger gun, doesn’t mean you’ll be able to use it 🧠👈 Everyone else is about right. You could make a case for Noir 2.0 being higher than Star light since he can fly, and maybe he’d have higher reaction time because of that(similar to the case I made for homelander) but we just don’t know enough about how fast he actually is. He also literally ran away when A-Train showed up.

Starlight not being at the very bottom is absolute madness. I don't see her winninng ANY fight except for Sister sage and firecracker. Even her OMEGA ATTACK against soldier boy was all show and now bite. She literally powered up for 15 seconds in a perfect environment for her power and it only slightly pushed him back...

lookin at ep 7 in s4 black noir should be atleast moved up to 9 or lower

Mindstorm isn't an instant win though, In Noir flashback when Payback fights SB, we see Mindstorm use his abilities on him and yet Soldier Boy was not going down
