If Soldier Boy is a parody of Captain America, then Stormfront is a parody of Red Skull, being a nazi supremacist. Powers: Electro, personality: Red Skull.
Is exactly because she is Thor that she is a n4zi. The Boys heroes are usually the opposites of what character they were based on. Thor is german but is not a n4zi. Stormfront however is a fuck3d up Thor, that is, a german with mythological references that is a nazi. Parodies of villains in the boys dont work because villains are already evil anyway, so we could compare a lot of the boys characters to a lot of villains. But we should compare it to heroes only. The exception is Sister Sage because she is Lex Luthor working with Superman, because like i said The Boys is the opposite version of the characters of marvel and dc.
Is Thor and Shazam. Storm counterpart in The Boys is Nubia. Also you thinked that because she is female, because in the comics the character is male and he looks exactly like Shazan with just some minor differences.

She needs to use her plasma blasts to take off in flight, similar to Electro (at least some incarnations, but admittedly not all) and the ability to generate lightning looks similar enough to me and doesn't rely on a weapon to generate it, unlike Thor. Yes, Thor can fight and use his powers without the hammer, but his iconic look always features Mjolnir by his side.
Personality wise, she's definitely Red Skull.
I think Soldier Boy is closer to the iteration of the ORIGINAL ultimate captain america (Original because ultimate universe has been rebooted now)
I always just assumed Stormfront’s powers were based off of Storm from X-men
Is Thor and Shazam. Storm counterpart in The Boys is Nubia.
Also you thinked that because she is female, because in the comics the character is male and he looks exactly like Shazan with just some minor differences.
There was a character in the Boys name Vikor who was a clear inspiration from Thor also i think Captain Marvel (DC) Had some inspiration to stormfront.
