@@smh9902According to the internet the military gave tank crews m3s up until around desert storm. Definitely caught me off guard, I figured they were all gone come the 70s
Probably some stiffer springs behind the bolt. I've read that tankers would do this to up the rate of fire. In turn, that slight modification sacrifices stability & adds more recoil to the Grease Gun
This sounds much faster than standard. The Grease Gun is supposed to be 400-450rpm, but this sounds more akin to a Thompson at 650-700rpm. Has it been modified?
Looking at the rear of the receiver, it seems as if the muzzle dips with every round, the weapon rotating around his grasp of the magazine. I would expect to be seeing muzzle rise, no?
no because the weight of the bolt slamming forward makes it drop the recoil is supposed to counterbalance that so he could have more acurate shot while automatic fire. but the guy does not have control over the gun and just shot everywhere he could use some more firm grip on the gun.
The rate of fire seems faster than normal.
This is an actual M3 that has been blank adapted. The rate of fire is normal for the M3.
@@wwiiairbornecommandhqopera5457 no he's got a point this M3 fired atleast 150 rounds faster than the standard rate of fire
@@wwiiairbornecommandhqopera5457I can outshoot most grease guns with a milspec AR trigger, this things fast
@@wwiiairbornecommandhqopera5457definitely faster than normal
@@wwiiairbornecommandhqopera5457Wrong, that’s like the AKM's fire rate. That is not normal.
I was a Tanker in the Army. We had these in the Tank ..it was fun to shoot. And such a simple operation we also had a Thompson.
How old are you?
You mean a drum gun like fortnite ? Jk 🤣
You may have known my uncle Eduardo Daniel a tanker in army from Fort Knox

@@eancola6111 Yeah, I know the M3 was used up into the 90's and the Army still has them in reserves. Its the Thompson that compelled me to ask.
Now you killing , now you ain't

The Uniform completes the aesthetic.
That man was having some fun, boy.
His Laughter really says it all, I'm sure it's one heck of a Fine Gun!❤
Dude looks super stoked.
Fun fact: in the movie "the incredibles", syndromes soldiers are shown to be using m3 grease guns
What in the fuck haha someone modified that M3

Look at those baggy army pockets.
Semper Fi
haha i love how happy he is just to shoot it
The joy on bros face 😂😂😂
That look of joy 😊
Why the firerate is fast i thought its slower
The Dirty Dozen gun
That bolt must be very heavy considering how much it jumps around just firing blanks (but yeah, like they're saying; that one is cycling fast).
Blanks or not that has to be so much fun

Rapid fire: ON
How did you up the rate of fire so much?
That must have a really light bolt

I don’t remember the m3 being the same fire rate as a thompson, but nice uniform :D
Powerful 45 cal. Bro couldnt hold thre damn thing still.😅
It seems like if you don't hit your target instantly, then you're out of ammo & in big trouble 😮
lol I think he just got a woody lol
Very reliable gun when firing single shots but on fully auto it is ridiculously inaccurate..
Nice
In COD 2 it’s greatly unstable
The M3 has a shoulder stock. If you want to hit the enemy, use it.
this is clearly just testing the gun out for the first time for fun calm down.
yeesh bust up the sidewalk would ya
There blanks
Eu chamo ela de cospe cospe
Wasn’t going to hit anything 😂
Lamest guy to shoot the grease gun
That doesn't look fun to shoot at all.
And here I thought the Tommy Gun was the "grease gun". 🤌🇮🇹
