I just got my dron I haven't use it much I use it like for 5 minutes then put it to charge but the little time I used it was pretty good and is my first dron I owned...I'll give more updates later wen I have more time using it...but great product for now lol

I picked up the SP30 because my DJI P4 is having some issues and I wanted continue doing some of my work. I've got several inputs I'll write up later but for now the most disappointing is this "gimble" if you can call it that. It has zero stability ability. When shooting videos the images are quakey and juttering due to the cross breeze. I've stopped trying to shoot videos and have started taking single pics. Now if I can get this thing to format a SD card I'll be able to do some work.
We wonder if you get the message "GIMBAL DOWN" after the drone is paired with the remote successfully. If so, due to the camera on the drone being positioned downwards, so this message "GIMBAL DOWN" may appear. Please refer to the picture: prnt.sc/zyui6DBwM0mV In this case, please simply scroll the button "Camera Up/Down "on the remote control to reposition the camera. When performing the vertical calibration, the video shows the camera facing up and the manual that comes with the drone says to hold the head (I’m assuming the camera) down. Which is it and does it even matter?
I inserted my mini SD card and the app said the card needs to be formatted? I formatted the card before I installed it. Any ideas?? Makes no sense. My DJI can format on the fly using the drone. This P30 can't even identify a an SD card......
Dear customer, the drone supports a micro SD card with a capacity of up to 128GB , FAT32 format or exFAT format, and class 10 is recommended. It is recommended to use big brands such as SanDisk, Samsung etc.could you please check the following tips to see if they work? 1. Format your SD card first on your computer. Hi there, both methods can be used for calibration. We suggest you follow the instructions provided in the manual for accurate results.
