The problem the customers face is unique in India..cars with 5 star safety rating like vw have worst sales and service..cars with lesser safety rating like Hyundai have a better sales and service..after sales and service is also very important for peace of mind which unfortunately is not there in vw..that's why their products don't sell so much..why vw doesn't focus on this i don't know

Agree. Still I believe people are more concerned for mileage service center network and maintenance cost. So people choose Hyundai and Maruti. No doubt they get more features
