Tricking is an art of expression. Every single trick you do, corks, twists, flips, kicks, they all are moves that allow a person to express how they feel and who they are.
Amazing vid, I love how clean the landings and technique is. I've seen several channels where they get really sloppy just to throw in a few more spins, but IMO it looks much smoother and sick when the landings and transitions are fluid. Great tricking and editing, hope you put up some more footage sometime =]
one of the best tricking videos i've come across ^^ would have loved to see more of Anis though, and maybe something by Terada, Doeni, crazy asian and Mike Scalco? just a thought, maybe make an part 2 (maybe showing yet another aspect of tricking) in a few months? ;) i'd love that
any form of background will help with tricking, example i mainly train parkour and after a year now im into tricking, been tricking like a month now and i almost already got corks... but thats because of my physical condition in my favour... tricking is for anybody man and it all comes from the kicks before u can elaborate so u dont need any background at all to start tricking, youtube tutorials... theres millions of vids out there :) hope it helps!
I also had a problem with backwards Flips when I started Tricking. I learned a lot of Side and frontflipping tricks first. After about one year of tricking, many of my friends could do backflips when I couldn't. It got really frustrating, always having to answer "uhhm noo..." when some1 asked "hey cool, but can you do a backflip?" xD the best way to overcome that fear is getting a Spotter. as soon as I got one, backflip was easy. for the other flips: you just need to do them ;)
this is schöner opener. you can find it on vimeo. but its faked with thin ropes . the whole video is made in this style this is the only bboy/trick part
I feel as though each and every one of these clips would have been better if someone accidentally walked into the guy doing this and got supermegaultra kicked in the face.

The best way is by doing it. It can help if you have a spotter but when there gone your fear comes backs.
