Thanks for this video, please could you help clear something you mentioned towards the end of your video. You said you got 7 pieces of 60grams from 1 cup of flour, remember your recipe was 160g of peanut to 2 cups of flour (250g). Would that mean if you were using 1 cup of flour, you would also be using 1/2 cup of peanut (80g) from which you got 7 pieces.of 60g of the final product?

I meant that after making the peanut burger, I used my scale to weigh out in portions for packaging..so each package weighed 60g peanut inside and I got 7 packages
Yes if you are making 1/2 cup of peanut, u will use 1 cup flour
