    Hazardous Chemicals are chemicals in the form of a single or a mixture based on chemical or physical and or toxicological properties that are harmful to workers, installations and the environment. Industrial activities that process, store, distribute, transport and use hazardous chemicals will continue to increase in line with development developments so that they have the potential to pose major hazards to industry, labor, the environment and other resources. Chemical Industry, which is an industry that processes and produces TV chemicals: Manufacture of fertilizers, sulfuric acid, soda, explosives, pesticides, paints, detergents, and others. The chemical industry can be defined as an industry characterized by the use of processes which are associated with chemical or physical changes in the properties of these materials and in particular in the chemical part and composition of a substance. For this reason, there is a need for supervision and control of hazardous chemicals Control of hazardous chemicals is an effort made to prevent and or reduce the risk due to the use of hazardous chemicals in the workplace on workers, work tools and the environment. The objective of the Control of Hazardous Chemicals is to create a safe, healthy, and comfortable workplace in order to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases. ENTREPRENEURS OR MANAGEMENT: CONTROL OF HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS IN THE WORKPLACE TO PREVENT OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENTS & OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES Managers who use, store, use, produce, transport hazardous chemicals are required to carry out control by completing LDKB and labels. LDKB and labels are placed in a place that is easily known by the workforce and labor inspectors The LDKB Material Safety Data Sheet contains the following information: Material and Company Identity Material Composition Hazard Identification First Aid Action Fire Fighting Measures Leak & Spill Response Measures Material Storage & Handling Exposure Controls & PPE Physical and Chemical Properties Material Stability and Reactivity Toxicological Information Ecological Information Waste disposal Material Transport Applicable Perat.Peruu Information Other Required Information. LABEL contains about; Product name Hazard Identification Danger Signs and Their Meaning Description of Risk and Management Preventive measure Instructions in case of contact or exposure Fire Instructions Spill or Leak Instructions Charging and Storage Instructions Reference Name, Address and No. Tel. Manufacturer or Distributor Material Safety Data Sheet (LDKB) and Label Placed in a place that is easily known by: Workers, and Supervisory Employees. Industries that use Chemicals must understand the Quantity Threshold Value or commonly abbreviated as NAK.
    NAK can also be determined as follows: 1. Toxic 2. Very Toxic 3. Reactive 4. Explosive 5. Oxidizing 6. Flammable Liquid 7. Highly Flammable Liquid 8.
