I’m in my early thirties but I love these tips! I deleted my Instagram and Reddit accounts about a month ago because I felt like they were just a waste of time. I really need to get back into daily workouts and cut out sugar because that’s my weakness 😂😢
@@jumpscare1530 I think working out is the most difficult thing to be consistent with. I’m working on it but it’s hard. Sugar is hard to cut out, but I’m lucky I don’t have a sweet tooth. But you can do it in small steps😊
Thank you 🙏 so much. And yes stretching and lifting is so important at this age and they say it’s not good to do too much cardio but do lots of walking 🚶♂️. I work at a rehab and I can see who took care of their bodies and who didn’t.
Milly, the muscles and joints pain was because of being perimenopausal or menopausal meaning you are low on estrogen. Menopause comes with so many issues. Sis, the struggle is real😢
Thanks for sharing. Did you consider perimenopause when investigating your symptoms? Research shows that as many black women are going through perimenopause, they can have lots of odd symptoms including brain fog, joint pains, poor sleep etc. Google the symptoms, there are more than 30. Some women need HRT but many women do well with strength training, healthy diet, and so on.
I love your video. I practice most of the things you do but I'm still working on putting a meal plan in place. We're both retired and I'm always trying to think of what to cook for dinner. We're retired cook at home and rarely eat out.
@@Milly_in_denmark I collect recipes from magazines and have some cook books. So I use those recipes for my menu ideas/inspirations. I diy my recipes in binders according to category eg. Poultry, Beef, Pasta, Salads, Sides etc but in reality I'm still struggling to figure out what to cook for dinner.😄 That's why I would plan ahead. When I was raising my kids several years ago I cooked several dishes on Sundays after church and refrigerated them for the rest of the week.😊

This was really informative. My skin has dark marks because of skin picking caused by adhd so I need makeup for now but do you have any suggestions?
