Here a quick tip when using an antenna analyzer:
Do not hold the analyzer in your hand because your body will influence the SWR. Keep it straight on the ground for consistency tuning between the two antennas.

Yes :) I do both to compare and with this analyzer the result be the same if i hold it or i put it on the ground. Very strange

One more observation: The CHA F-LOOP is set above the concrete steel reinforced structures while the CHA MPAS is located below them. On a vertical antenna the radiation is stronger at the base of the whip (about 1/3 of the vertical length) this is why that vertical elevation ABOVE obstacles is very important.

Remember that the magnetic loop is directional so all stations coming from each side of the loop null won't be recorded.

Yes on the half time I change the directions of the loop

And in this test the Loop was best this time. Gonna do some more test on differents time and places.
